Great frother, easy to clean
This is an excellent product. Don't believe the reviews that say it's hard to clean. Milk will only really cake on if left on for a long time - it will keep coming on for a minute at a time if left - but a brush, warm water and some washing up liquid deals with that - but, anyway, if it didn't come off with scrubbing, it won't come off in your drink, obvs :)One niggle is that it's not possible to say whether it's on or off by looking at it, so it may spin unexpectedly when you put it back on the base. After it's gone off, switch it off so it doesn't come back on unless you want it to keep warm. Overall, highly recommended.

Excellent froth but needs pouring immediately
Milk is heated and frothed quickly but it becomes separated quickly if left in the jug.

Amazing machine
Bought to replace a bean to cup machine, there's lots of methods for making a good brew but the key to a good latte is the hot milk. This is really impressive and makes a good mugs worth of milk and foam. The foam is really very stiff, like a meringue almost but worth it.Short update, it can be a pain to clean as depending on what milk you use it can leave some residue on the base that's a awkward to clean off. I've found that adding boiling water to heat the pot first for a few minutes then discard before adding milk. Makes cleaning a breeze.

Product fail. Amazon fail.
Bought after top Which reviews. It froths amazingly, but almost too well, it goes a bit solid and buns slightly at the bottom.Update: This broke after 7 months. It had always burnt at the bottom making it very boring to clean. Then, out just working. Amazon said they would attempt to repair rather than replace it. I was happy with that because it's much better than just throwing it away.I didn't hear anything a couple of months.Then. their repairer replied to an email to say that it couldn't be repaired.I had to chase Amazon at every stage of the processAmazon said they would refund not replace. But in that time of them not repairing the price had gone up so the refund does not cover the replacement.Amazon said there is nothing they can doAmazon said they would send the broken unit back to me to see if I could repairThe unit has not arrived a month laterAmazon has not acknowledged my complaintFirst time this has happened, Amazon usually more straightforward to deal with.

Not great
I have been using this now for several months and have to say I'd recommend buying a different model. I have 3 issues with it:1. It over-froths the milk. It certainly gets visually impressive results with cloud like foam, however it becomes a solid, airy structure that just sits on top of your coffee. It should create a warm, velvety milk with some foam, but this makes tepid, aerated meringue like foam.2. It doesn't heat the milk much. If you're foaming then it begins immediately and within 45 seconds or so you have the above mentioned solid foam. This isn't long enough to warm the milk properly. You can use it only as a milk warmer but to do so you have to remove the whisk from inside the bottom of the jug, so you then can't whisk your warmed milk without sticking your fingers into the milk to try to reattach the whisk.3. It's not very easy to clean. It's hand wash only and quite fiddly with the whisk mechanism making it difficult to get into the corners inside the jug.I really wanted to love this but I find myself heating milk in the microwave for 30 secs and using my hand held Aerolatte which cost £10 and produces better results.Disappointing.

Lives up to its name!
It’s a milk frother - and it certainly froths milk! Regrettably, for me, it didn’t provide what I like for my coffee, that is, foam! Loads of froth with no density is not ideal for my flat white. If you use non-dairy, such as oat-milk, then it is more useful, as most frothers leave such milk ‘flat’ but this one does froth it, quite a bit.I give it 5 stars because it does what it says on the can - it just didn’t suit my purpose. My daughter has taken it for making hot chocolate.

Milk cakes to the bottom of the frother and turns on automatically
Likes: froths milk okay, sometimes it just warms it up and no froth.Dislikes: main issue is that after frothing, the milk burns to the bottom of the machine and is impossible to clean. The machine also comes back on automatically when you place it on the stand, which is not a good user experience. This happened from the first use so it is also not just a problem that comes after continued or misuse.

Like a shop-bought latte at home
Great little machine. The instructions it comes with aren't very comprehensive so it took some trial and error. You need to leave the machine switched on until it switches off itself and then switch the off button as well, otherwise it comes back on. However, that provides a fairly warm froth. Don't over fill as it makes a LOT of froth.Clean it immediately or you will regret it, and even so there is a patch of the base where milk always sticks. However, it does make nice frothed milk for a latte and I am very glad I have it.
