This product contains misdirection which has a glycemic index of 130!!
I also wasted a ton of money on the Splenda Naturals for Baking-it was only available in 6 1lb packets which apparently are not returnable. I bought this because I love Stevia and thought that it would be great to have to make for someone who is diabetic. It came today and says that it has no sugar and no carbs/calories although it apparently contains maltodextrin, which is a polysaccharide/ sugar (although not according to the FDA??) and has a glycemic index of 130 compared to sugar which has a glycemic index of 60!! The description on the Amazon website says that it is diabetic friendly, which is clearly false. I also want a refund from the seller or a free return!!

Bitter nothing like the Stevia Naturals in the little green jar
Not what I expected at all. Was so looking forward to making my tea with this instead of the little jar, but ingredients are totally different and bitter. The bag says 100% Natural , tastes like sugar! If sugar tastes like that, will never eat sugar again. I bought 3 bags because it’s hard to find. Unfortunately Amazon/ Seller will not let me return. Ingredients in the Splenda Stevia Naturals in the bag: Tapioca Maltodextrin, Stevia Extract(Rebiana).Ingredients in the Splenda Stevia Naturals in the jar: Erythritol, Stevia Leaf Extract.

Ingredients wrong
On the website it shows the content as Reb A, Reb B and Erythritol however when the package arrived it states "Organic Tapioca Maltodextrin and Stevia Extract (Rebiana). Had I known I would not have bought this product. This is from the Amazon website.https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/21VKbyH%2Bo%2BL.jpgI would like a refund!

Hiden ingretient
I bought two of this product since I'm diabetic and cant have sugar. Nowhere in the description online did it mention that it had maltodextrin as one of the ingredients. A harmful ingredient I can't have. And to make matters worse, when I tried to return it, the product is unreturnable! So I got stucked with it and my money wasted.

Great Buy!
I drink my coffee black; no sweetener. Same thing with hot tea. BUT iced tea or iced coffee I like it sweetened. I use a scant 1/4 cup of stevia per one quart pitcher of tea. I also use a 50/50 ratio of stevia and real sugar in homemade salad dressings and coffee cakes. I use "Splenda stevia in the single packet" when I make myself and iced coffee with milk and sweetener.

It arrived in excellent condition.
The sweetener tastes more like sugar, mixes well, and uses less than sugar to get the same sweetness.

Not made with Erythritol and Stevia Leaf Extract!
Beware!! This is NOT Erythritol and stevia leaf extract. It is Tapioca Maltodextrin Stevia Extract. Not the same thing as in the small containers and packets. You cannot return it either.

no aftertaste at all
This is my favourite sweetner no aftertaste at all. I use much less to get the same amount of sweetening that I used to use a tsp of sugar for. This is about 1/4 tsp for the same effect. great stuff

Still bitter.
As much as I do believe this has the least amount of bitter aftertaste, it still has it.

An Excellent Alternative to Sugar
I'm so excited to be able to bake with this and have been using this as an alternative to adding sugar to my recipes. It is very important that you take the time to research how much of this you should be using in your recipe instead of sugar. One cup of sugar does not equal one cup of Stevia when it comes to taste! This is a light and fluffy product and is all natural versus other low-calorie sweeteners. I've tried Stevia products in the past that came complete with an unpleasant aftertaste, but this was surprisingly pleasant. When I have done the substitution correctly in recipes you can't even tell that I have used Stevia instead of sugar. I prefer using this to using the chemical versions of sugar substitutions. The only real drawback to this in my opinion is the price. Sugar is cheap and plentiful but this alternative comes with a much higher price tag. That being said, this is a better alternative for you than regular sugar is, so there's the payoff.

The Best Stevia I Have Tried!
I am not usually a big fan of sweeteners that use Stevia because I find that it often leaves a bitter aftertaste in my mouth. I love regular Splenda so much that I decided to try their Stevia version and to my surprise, it doesn’t have the aftertaste! It reminds me a lot of their regular version and I would have no problem ordering this if my usual Splenda wasn’t available. It is made with only two ingredients, maltodextrin and stevia leaf extract and the only difference between this version and the regular one is that Splenda uses sucralose as the sweetener instead of Stevia. It has the same light and fluffy consistency and dissolves easily without leaving any grainy bits in the bottom of your beverage. I use it in my coffee and tea but I still prefer regular sugar on my fruit (strawberries, grapefruit, etc.) because I really enjoy the crunch I get from the sugar granules. It is my second favourite sweetener as I still I like regular version a bit more. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a Stevia based product without the unpleasant, bitter aftertaste.
