Eden Organic Pumpkin Seeds, Dry Roasted and Salted, Pocket Snacks, 1 Ounce (Pack of 12)

An easy healthy snack. A quick pick-me-up that's yummy and healthy to boot. Great option to put in the kids' lunches and backpacks, also great to keep in your desk to grab when you want something to munch on. The best part for me is that there's not too much salt on them, they are "lightly" salted and they stay true to that claim. Just enough, not too much. Kinda tastes like sunflower seeds to me, very similar flavor so if you like sunflower seeds, you will probably like these too. So grateful that Amazon carries these, very hard to find them in my local stores and when I do, the small snack packs are outrageously expensive. Being able to buy them in the 12 pack saves me time and money. Love it!

Each of the 12 packages of seeds were all covered in either perfume or perfumed soap or cleaner. Very strong smell- filling up the whole house!Will not be eating food that is covered in perfume or soap. The seeds were wrapped oddly, in a plastic bag, instead of the 12 pack display box. The plastic bag also smelled strongly of perfume or perfumed soap or cleaner. Something way off about the whole thing!

Another winner from Eden. These are delicious and the most important piece of ammunition in your diet if you are trying to shed those few extra pounds. They are essential in not only burning fat but assisting the building of lean muscle mass. They also help regulate blood sugar which keeps you from feeling up and down so much when regulating your calories.Even if they did not do all of that I have always loved roasted pumpkin seeds.

But definitely not the cheapest. You can get very similar pumpkin seeds for a lot cheaper in the bulk bins at Whole Foods, for example. But I do like the individual packs, which helps me portion control. Not that you have to worry about gaining weight with these, but good pumpkin seeds aren't cheap anywhere you buy them really.

I really like these pumpkin seeds and only have two packages left. Eat them by themselves and also with yogurt. Planning to purchase again when I am out of them. They have a good taste.

Delicious snack or mix in for a salad, avocado toast, oatmeal, etc!

Nice smaller packaging allows use in recipe/ carry in purse while maintaining freshness.Healthy & tasty

These are tasty, but can be pricey. However, there was some controversy in the reviews for other organic pumpkin seeds that led to suspicions about whether those seeds were really organic. Eden is an organic brand I'm familiar with, so I bought these and feel good about it. I try to buy them when the price is closer to $1 per oz. It's hard to rationalize paying more than that. The price seems to fluctuate wildly on Amazon. I'd give another star if they were about half that price.
