My steam cleaner stopped working. I use and n need it for my housecleaning gig. I notified the warranty dept, and they did the credit to Amazon so very fast. I’m not thrilled about the steamer only lasting 6 month. I only use it on weekends. I bought another with warranty

Bought a vacuum and the extra Asurion "warranty". The vacuum no longer works 1 year after I bought it. It has a burning smell and sucks 25% of what it used to. Tried to use my "warranty" and Asurion says it is still covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Okay fine. Manufacturer says the issue is not due to normal wear and tear. They won't cover it. So I have to wait until the manufacturers warranty runs out (another year from now) to be able to claim the "warranty" I bought to cover this product. Watch out.

I reported a broken latch on my vacuum and they didn't balk or hesitate but sent a gift card immediately. I was very impressed.
