Works Like Other RITR products
The pages fit in Franklin Covey mini binders which isn't necessarily cheaper than Rite In The Rain, but gives more options. Expensive but works. This is good stuff. Wouldn't use this for toss away notes, but if you need no run, durable note paper, this is thick, waterproof and works like every other product by this brand.

Use this for documenting in the ICU
I use this to informally document my findings while caring for open heart patients in the ICU. There could be some funky fluids or just hand sanitizer that gets on this paper, and it still just keeps on going.Very frequently, i'll go straight from sanitizing my hands to writing on this paper and I never have to worry about smudging what I've written, or my pen not working while the paper's wet.

Rain or shine you can take a note anytime
You can write on this paper in just about any wet conditions; from wet fog to in the rain. Yes, dry is always best, but that's not always the case when making notes and pictures.

Won't turn to pulp when wet!
I bought this paper to use in the Rite in the Rain Field Binder. I really like that the paper has not only horizontal ruling lines, but also vertical dashes, which creates a grid similar to graph paper. The bottom of each page even has a place for you to note the scale of each square if you are using the pages for drawing. The paper is nice and heavy and water beads up rather than soaks in, so I feel that it has an archival quality to it. I use a mechanical pencil on mine for most things, but also add four-color Bic pen markings when I need to emphasize something. The paper is thick enough that there is no bleed-through of the ink.Pricey, but worth it for long-term and nearly indestructible storage of important notes.

Thunderstorm AND idiot proof
Let’s be real, that flimsy notebook in your pocket.. it’s trash. This stuff? It makes your old paper look like cottage cheese. I have washed it, stomped it in the mud, and handed it to a Private (who promptly lost it) it’s fantastic. Also, I’ve used it with NODS (use the blue or purple map markers) works great! Only minor issue is that erasing your pencil marks seem to erase some of the “wax” with it. And no pens allowed. This paper doesn’t have time for pens.

Beautiful paper, truly water resistant!
This paper is rad. True to description, great for writing in the rain/withstanding spills, you name it! Rite in the Rain sells a special pen for this, and I would check it out. I used a variety of regular pens on these and they take a while to dry and sink in without smearing. Some inks will just never sink in and just sit on top the page to eventually sort of chip off. If you don't want to risk it, buy the companion pen, otherwise do some experiments on your own. I found Muji pens to be great, as are skinny Sharpies. Beautiful color and weighty handfeel to each page. Used these for note-taking in an herbalist apprenticeship, so lots of time outside (sometimes in inclement weather) and the finished product is lovely and a real keepsake.

Top of the line
Rite in the rain products are top of the line. I have used them for years. I have notes and other information that has been through hell and back, but are still as legible as a day out of them.
