So gentle and blissful!

I played piano years ago so understood the basics, and have been working to retrain my brain because of the way the scales is left/right/left/right. BUT I LOVE IT! It plays like a harp, extremely gentle on your nails and fingers. And the sound is simply peaceful. Santa did GOOD! Highly recommend if your interested in bringing some peace into your life!!

It took a while before I got a hang of it because the keys are totally in different arrangements compared to the piano, but if you’re someone who has a little music background, you’ll learn to use this in no time. There are many tutorials online on using this Kalimba.

Heavenly euphoric sound
So watch one of those sitting by the beach playing kalimba videos at 3:00 a.m. in the morning and decided to buy one... After buying one I thought oh my God it's not going to sound as good as the videos those are all edited.... But oh boy was I wrong... This has such a soothing sound and it's so smooth to hold but back to the sound it's so nice and soothing It comes pretty much already tuned and it's super easy to fine tune it. The sound just comes out so crisp and nice and heavenly. it's really easy to play

Great thumbpiano for African Music
We have fallen in love with the Kalimba or thumb piano. While it takes a little bit of finger dexterity and left brain right brain retraining it is a fun musical instrument. It is beautifully made and already tuned out of the box. Comes with everything you need to store it as well as retune it as necessary. We've enjoyed learning how to play it during this time of home isolation thanks to lots of YouTube videos.

AHHH! Words simply cannot express how much I love this kalimba!! It’s so beautiful both in design and in sound! It came with a lot of accessories like the tuning hammer, label stickers, cleaning cloth, little thumb things, a pouch, and some guides. Mine came pre-tuned so I started to practice right away! It’s the perfect weight to hold for long periods of time, and the quality of it is a bang for your buck! As a beginner, it’s a perfect gateway to the world of kalimba!

So Fun and Easy to Play
I was looking for something fun and different to do during the pandemic. I am very musical. I didn't have any instruments except for my voice. I started thinking about a small, easy to learn instrument that I could purchase and happened upon this thumb piano. It is exactly what I was looking for. It is small, very easy to learn, and I can sing while I play (unlike a flute or recorder). The price was also really good. I see myself having years and years of fun with this and taking it with me wherever I go.

A huge hit with my kids.
I got this for my kids to learn a hand instrument that is easy to transport. My kids are ages 4, 7, 9, and 11. The keys have the notes etched on them, so I was very happy to see the stickers with the black font printed on them. It makes it easier to read the notes while reading. The booklet that came inside was very helpful, but I also got a music book to go with this so we could start learning right away. The sound is great and it feels like good quality. So glad I made this purchase!

My daughter asked me this Kalima for Christmas. In the beginning, I thought it was another toy, but it is an easy instrument that she can play. She is learning it with an app and creating music. Better that having her all day in the computer

Fantastic and a lovely Christmas present
This was a lovely Christmas present from my dear husband David. It was a lovely surprise. I have played a few tunes from the book which comes with it. It makes a lovely and warm sound. A lovely and treasured gift. Really looking forward to playing it properly. I have also received a tune book as well.

Really good quality
So fun! I’ve always wanted a Kalimba but I’d forgotten about it until there was an Instagram ad for one and I’m so bored in quarantine so I decided to buy one! The actually delivery of the kalimba was very bad because the people left it in the middle of my driveway and no where near the door, my father almost ran over it. It’s so easy to learn and it sounds good even if you’re just strumming along! I highly recommend buying one and this was the cheapest I could find.

Lovely little thing
I’m not going to pretend I know how easily she will learn it, but the piece makes lovely sounds with minimal understanding. Much like wind chimes. Smaller than images imply but that makes it easier to play.
