Don’t listen to the others
I don’t really understand why people thought they were receiving three bands when it literally says choose your size etc. The item description also says one item. Good product and advertised just fine.

You’ll like this if you have very strong thighs/glutes. And I mean VERY strong!

You just get 1 band!!
I thought I was going to receive 3 bands so was disappointed to get just one. Also it’s very resistant, I find it difficult to use. So I feel the way this is presented should be clearer e.g glute band not bands and be clear there are different strengths

Check when purchasing
When Purchased I thought I was getting 3 bands with the bag however I only got the light one? Not sure if the other two bands had been sold out if so it’s not clear when purchasing. I initially wanted to buy all three or just the heavy which I thought I had done already. A little disappointed especially because I could’ve bought 3 for the same price somewhere else but I’d read good reviews from here :(

This is a good band in terms of strength, medium is more like a heavy but it’s very wide so if you’re using to to do squats you might want to look elsewhere. I’ve had lots of other resistance bands but none of them have been this wide, it keeps falling down!
