It seems that sugar is in everything and while I try to limit my intake I still struggle with cravings. This supplement contains gymnema which is said to help reduce the appeal of sugar by altering your perception of sweet flavors. In addition this has chromium which helps lower your blood sugar. In fact, there are a few ingredients here that are all helpful in some way or another.This bottle contains medium sized tablets that you can take with each meal. (A serving is 3 tabs a day.) When I opened the bottle there was a pretty potent scent of vinegar. In general I would be sure to take with food because, at least in my case, they verge on making me a bit jittery. I have found that just one a day is optimal for me. Ultimately I think they’re effective and could be helpful for weight management.

Still not 100% on these... they really have helped with suppressing my appetite but for some reason they have left me really bloated and gassy, which is something I am definitely not a fan of. They are also very hard to swallow and start to dissolve as soon as you put them in your mouth. Not a good taste to deal with while struggling to get them down.Price wise, they are definitely worth a shot, but I will not be getting more of them.

Have been taking this for about 2 weeks now and it's done some good on helping with cravings. I highly suggest a full cup of water when taking these as the vinegar content is quite strong and very noticeable when opening up the jar to dispense. It is a large tablet so those with pharmacophobia will most certainly not be able to take these. I'll update this review as I go along and see how the metabolic side effects my diet and weight.

This is a great weight management supplement. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The tablets are larger circular tablets and have a strong apple cider vinegar smell but they are easy to swallow. I haven’t had any negative side effects. I have noticed since I’ve taken it I have a lot more energy and focus than I normally do or have had in months! Therefore I will be ordering this product again and again, it’s awesome!
