Lovely professional results. Important to use a good dudting of flour in order to tip the proved loaves out easily.

It's a great banneton to proof sourdough in, I dusted it with rice flour and it didn't stick at all. It's the perfect size to hold 500g flour, 85g starter and 350g water. (Though I believe there's a bit more space for a slightly bigger dough in case anyone is wondering.. as I have one ratten ring left after 2nd proof) Hope the info helps.I ordered two x 22cm, they arrived with two liners and a dough scraper.

I am pleased with this purchase as it does what is advertised. Th only drawback for me was that there are no instructions with the product. As I had never used one before I made some mistakes but after going on line I was able to find the correct methosds for using and cleaning it.

Great for baking. I use the cloth in a bowl and so I have 4 breads.The reviews that say it is too small, should read the size they order. Choose the right size and order this one. You can not impact a business with a negative review for sending what you ordered. The size is there and mentioned!

It has helped the way my mothers sour bread dough rise better and the bread doesnt stick to the lining provided.I can see this breaking if dropped though or being squished but over all a decent product that has improved our bread.

I've been baking bread and have been using plastic bowls that I have for mixing and , after lining them with cloth, as proofing baskets. The bowls I have are a little big and perhaps the cloth was not fine enough to hold flour and not stick, Not big problems but I thought I'd try these proofing baskets.
