Really bad backlight bleed. I believe there is no effort done to repair the issue for it to be called renewed or refurbished. Mostly this is the reason why it was returned in the first place.

Well the product is pretty new, (like i mean it might have been used for few days, no physical evidence of that, just guessing), no sign of use though someone will not tell any difference about this renewed and a new product. So, why someone who might have bought it new, replaced this unit? Well couple of strong reason for that might be, 1) the physical nevigation button doesn't work (probably manufacturing defect). 2) the screw that joints the stand with foot base...is missing..3) the "Luck Factor"... Strong backlight bleeding in couple of region. Atleast these are the reasons that i am replacing this renewed unit with another one(hopefully it will have no issue). Now renewed or new, if i just keep that aside talking about the product, omg!! Mind blowing product for this price, the picture quality is absolutely fantastic, and i am saying this after visiting a LG monitor showroom. Everything is up to the mark, i mean i can write for hours in the review section about it but bottom line is, it is more perfect amd beautiful than you think and saw in the review. Definitely satisfied. Man 27 inch is pretty huge for monitor! (And i was thinking to buy a 32inch!!)Cons? Well not sure about the HDMI cable included in the box whether it is hdmi 2.0 or not. And don't expect too much from "HDR" . Only can be plugged in a 16 amp board, not gonna use the included stand for long(not that good)

The display started showing issues exactly 16 days after the purchase.The monitor has trouble picking up the source, I even tried different HDMI cables and such but to no avail.The screen had problems of image retention after 16 days and dead pixel started to form in this area.I've tried contacting Amazon Customer service and they said they can do nothing about this product since it's seven days past the return window.I've tried contacting the seller, the phone number given from Amazon Customer service is not working. I've contacted the seller through the Amazon Message centre and they still haven't replied.Update: Apppario denied all claims and denied the Amazon 'Seller' Warranty.Finally Amazon took back the defective piece and initiated a refund. I've now bought the original Monitor (New) with 3 year warranty and hopes nothing will go wrong in the current unit.

Monitor heats up at the bottom of the panel. Ridiculously hot to touch.No problems so far, apart from that it was brand new with the seal and everything intact.

There is a reason why this are sold as renewed.They were rejected by customers for being defected and also chances of getting rejected by service center....Got mine with dead pixels...Rejected by service center so i returned it.

I brought this renewed product, on day1 after delivery switched ON and the screen was bleeding, also there was no hdmi cable, seriously don't go for it and now Amazon is not taking return , they are asking brand service team to visit and check, it has become a headache now
