Have tried all different brands of hot cocoa mix and decided that this is the one for me.Just add water, stir and enjoy. This has a rich flavor and is thicker than most I have purchased.Definitely will buy in the future and keep on hand over the winter months.Delivered to my door so it does not get any better than that for me.Most highly recommended.

Chocolatey Delight
I love to drink hot chocolate, and when my children were home, we drank it frequently in the winter months. We have tried various brands of hot chocolate mix throughout the years. Our favorite brand has remained Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate mix. It has a rich and creamy milk chocolate taste. I heat a pan of milk, and pour it into a cup that has the package of Swiss Miss already in it. Stir and drink. Yum, yum, yum!Swiss Miss seems to be the most reliable of chocolate mixes. Year after year, it tastes the same. It has 138 calories and 3 grams of fat, not bad at all. The price is also a plus. It seems to be the most cost efficient of hot chocolate mixes. I don't think I have ever met anyone who has NOT been a fan of Swiss Miss hot chocolate.Just think a nice cup of hot chocolate could be yours at any time.Recommended. prisrob 12-02-13

False advertisement as others have stated
Agree with other reviewers, you do not get the same product nor the same amount of packets as what is being advertised. This really needs to change. Ordered two boxes of 60 (to total 120), got two boxes of 50 (total 100). The hot chocolate received has different ingredients than what is being shown. Doesn't taste the same-and not for the better. I live in Canada; we don't get Swiss miss where I live, so had to make a special trip to pick up this order....what a disappointment to get the wrong thing.Go with a different seller, maybe you'll get the right product (supposed to be blue lettering not red on the packets themselves). What a huge disappointment.

Much Better than the store brands.
We go through a lot of hot chocolate during the winter. Local stores carry 8 pack boxes and mark the price up on the name brands. Store brands are cheap but not nearly as good. By buying in large lots, even after shipping costs we are saving money plus reducing trips to the grocery store. Most of the store brands do not mix well with milk, but Swiss Miss does and it makes it a little thicker and richer.

What I wanted at good price
Swiss Miss is the only brand of hot chocolate we drink and suddenly Walmart only had the k cup. Not everyone uses those things. Just too darn expensive and never taste right. You have to do 2 in order to get a good cup full.

Received the 50 Count not the 60 Count
The product title line says it is a 60 count box. I received the 50 count. While the picture of the box shows 50 count I thought I would post a heads up so you're not disappointed.

Sent me the WRONG kind
I ordered Swiss Miss Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix 60-0.73 oz Envelopes, as shown in the photo, but was sent the No Sugar added version with the purple label, rather than red. I kept it because I couldn't be bothered to send it back, but they get knocked 2 stars for poor quality control.
