The plastic snap is not as sturdy as my last badge clip, but for the price , I dont mind :)

It worked well for about 2 months, but then it fell apart in the middle of my shift.

Heavy and slips off
There is no teeth on the clasp so every time I grabbed badge to swipe it slips off. The reel is heavy and flips over on my scrub top. I will be returning this item.

Not good
I had this for 3 weeks and it busted. Was cute, but went to open a door with my badge one day and the top part busted. The metal piece inside and everything popped out and was not fixable.
