#2 8.5x12 Padded Envelopes Kraft Bubble Mailers Small Bubble Envelopes 200pcs by BravoPack (NK2)

I went with this option to try and be more eco conscious rather then use Poly mailers. Well It was a total waste of effort and money. While the exterior is Kraft paper the interior remains a poly bubble wrap most of the way through so it would have been easier to just stick with Poly. The exterior rips very easily and I had it happen multiple times within using just the first few. Be very careful if you use a tape dispenser you will slice through the kraft facing.If the mailer gets wet, your item gets damaged, writing it smeared, or labels ect come off because it is just kraft paper. Think of a wet paper newspaper.My BIGGEST complaint the the closure flap because it is total junk. The adhesive may stick, the paper the flap is made out of is so thing everything rips it. If you want your item to get there you really have to tape the entire flap closure so nothing inside pokes through which isn't an issue if you are mailing soft items, but it is also needed to protect it during processing because even putting soft items in the mailers ripped this part. Like I said this part is total junk.The best thing about this product is when you buy it in bulk it comes very well packaged in a cardboard box. I honestly wanted to return these but didn't figure I could since they were mailers and I ripped 2 trying to use them.

The top of these envelopes are not durable. A portion of them rip during machining through the USPS sorting process, causing the contents to spill out before reaching the destination. I sent 200 packages with these envelopes and had a loss rate of 4%, which is pretty significant percentage of goods to have to replace as a small business.It's not worth it to try and save a few dollars with these.

These bubble mailers are great for minimal protection during shipping. The bubbles are the small kind, so you would not want to send something fragile in these. I love the true kraft paper exterior and the adhesive strip for closure. They seem to be well made and will hold up during shipping.The actual size when closed is 11.25" x 8.5".When I ordered these, they were not available via Prime and they took 2 full weeks to get to me. So be aware of the slow shipping method offered if you aren't able to purchase directly through Amazon fulfillment.
