Worse than worthless
I They are easy to put on, and once on so far stay on. As I get older, my daughter worries that I will fall on ice, for good reason. There provide me and her piece of mind. They grip ice and snow well and are small enough to fit in my backpack.Update..when I needed them, on second usage the rubber broke. Now I’m sliding around. Don’t know if it’s a design flaw but since there are numerous cleats I’d go with another brand.

Not Really
Strap-on ice cleats, so important for safety. Really important. Over a million Americans are injured annually from slips and falls, more in the Winter, and some fatally. Several observations:1. Very thin elastic. I have a set of Yaktrax for comparison, and nowhere close. Durability remains to be seen, but just in robust build, doesn't appear to be made for longevity.2. Cleats fell off within a few steps, hence the replacement packet included. This is the most significant finding, because, well, safety. I can't imagine it would be possible to run safely in these, and walking requires substantial caution. The cleats are only held on by a shallow groove around the cleat that is secured only by a hole in the thin rubber of the sole. With any lateral force or torque, or just sliding your shoes, the cleat will absolutely fall out. Having even one cleat fall out of a set of ice cleats is unacceptable.3. Doesn't really cover the whole sole of your shoe, even properly sized. The heel portion is completely uncovered, and it requires some adjustment just to get the cleats centered. And centered, they elevated the shoe enough you actually rock on them.4. They are actually small for stated size, so if you get these you might want to get a size up.There are much better products to trust your traction to - the core problems with this product are not quality control issues, but basic design issues. As in all things safety, do not buy a cheap life jacket, cheap fire extinguisher, or cheap ice cleats. Cheap is not always a bargain. Tossing in extra cleats as replacements is like having a spare parachute ready for you on the ground, in case the first one doesn't open. On a scale of Unacceptable, Poor, Fair, Good and Excellent, these are Unacceptable, and in my opinion unsafe for their intended purpose. I have modified my rating based on additional use, and I do not recommend this product.

Good Value
These are a good value for the money. I used them a couple times with boots to walk my dogs. I walked on some ice by myself first to make sure that I didn't slip before I had two dogs pulling me on the walk. They did the trick. For comparison sake, they are much better than Yak Tracks which are useless on ice. They are definitely as good as the Stabilicer products. I wish the cleats were a little farther back under the heel-that would be my only criticism. They are very easy to put on and the cleats are pretty low profile-meaning you can't really feel them under your feet when you are walking.

SAVE YOUR MONEY
UPDATE: Seller (OnePlus) contacted me to give me a complete refund. Highly appreciated. It makes me feel better about them as sellers. Unfortunately I still think that the cleats are really lousy, but I have a higher opinion of the vendor. --SBSERIOUSLY disappointed. I ordered a M for a woman's size 8.5 shoe. I liked the replacement cleats, but they don't make up for the lightweight construction, the rather thin and too-stretchy rubber. These migrated around on my shoe, and the heel cleats never got back far enough to earn the name heel cleats. I felt totally insecure on the ice that is part of a Maine winter. Have ordered Stabilicers to replace these; I should have bought them in the first place.

Total junk
How do these have 600+ positive reviews? Half of the cleats fell out within the first 10 minutes of walking over snow with them, didn't even have a chance to get to the ice. I have several pairs of ice cleats of other brands and have never seen this happen. Super poor, cheap quality and I know my ice cleats we live in Alaska and wear them almost all winter. These are junk save your money and buy a better pair.

I would not recommend buying these at all
Bought this last year and just now got around to being able to use them ice fishing. The "cleats" on the bottom in the yellow discs are round metal points. Well, round metal on ice is slick, if not slicker, than just boots on ice. If you step hard on them and put a lot of pressure, they do dig into the ice and provide some stoppage. However, just casual walking across bare ice is a dicey proposition. I would not recommend buying these at all.

One of the best buys I have ever made!!!
We have been having a rough winter in NH. I am sick of sliding around on the ice in my yard when I try to take the dogs out. After falling once, I decided to order these. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. They are easy to put on and take off. They come with replacement grips. I have been using them for about two weeks and feel very safe on the ice. They make me feel surefooted even when the dogs are yanking me with the leashes.

Garbage. Used for approximately one hour walking on frozen hardpack snow and ice before cleats began popping out of the slip-on. Some lost the metal studs while most lost the whole plastic yellow nub. This was a very sorry disappointment from the original ones I have which were being replaced after 3 icy winters working as a package courier in the mountains of far NW Washington. There seems to be a trend by Amazon of supporting the replacement of good products by lower quality brands that look exactly the same. A low cost item? Yes, but the worst I've been ripped off on something my safety depended on.
