Hands down the best furled leaders I have ever used.
I am a big fan of furled leaders and have been using them for a few years now. These are the best I have personally ever used and the nymph leader is perfect for European style short line nymphing techniques. I have been fly fishing for over 30 years now and with age and experience I have come to cut fewer corners and buy quality products. These are very well made and performed admirably on recent fishing trips. The included Otter Butter is also hands down the best floatant I have ever used and I have tried all of the pastes, silicone gels and powders and even some internet recipes. I don't normally like to give 5 stars on products unless I can't find anything bad to say about the product. I can't think of anything I didn't like about these.

tippet ring cuts tippet on every knot
I have used it twice.. first time out it was great.. nice for small dry flies.next time out it started cutting the tippet at the tippet ring.. tied 8 knots and all cut at the ring when tightened.something is wrong with the tippet ring, but I can't change it out since it it part of the leader. The feather weight leader is not useless because of this.I hope I hear from them about a replacement as I can't imagine this isn't a defect in the one I received.

Not exactly as advertised.
There is no indicator butt section on the big hog leader as advertised. It's not the end of the world as I have Rio indicator tippet and have variegated backing I made, that I could place between leader and line, but a deciding factor in buying the "combo" was the indicator butt section. I don't appreciate false advertising. It could be mispackaged, but either way, I did not get what I thought I was ordering.

No otter butter or would be a five star rating. Leaders are quality made just paid to much without the line dressing.
