Quite uncomfortable to use. It digs under your armpit. I order the larger size but its quite small, as it rather tight to fit around your tummy. I am not a large or a fat person, but the bit that goes around your shoulders is quite small or shorts. The bit around your tummy is quite good As theres enough materials to go around your stomach without cutting you in half.Still persevering with it, will update my review if it improves and made a difference with my neck and shoulders.
