What an amazing find! Originally saw these in a National Park Service gift shop and couldn't have been more excited to find them again on Amazon. These are beautifully made soaps with very clean and natural scents. Perfect for travel (I hate weird smelling hotel soaps) or for guests. I also gave a few of these sampler sets as gifts with a soap dish. It's fun to find well made products that are absolutely a good value.

I love the soap. It leaves my skin feeling soft and clean. I love the fact that there are no harsh chemicals and that it is all natural. The soap bars are smaller than I had expected (as big as a hotel bar of soap), But I can’t be too mad as it was a SAMPLER pack. I’ve tried three of the bars and they all smell differently. Some people were complaining that the sense or merge with each other. That is only true for the first or second wash; after you get past the first layer of the bar they all smell differently. Each soap last me about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks and I shower once daily.

I received a sampler box as a gift and really liked it, so decided to buy another one myself. I was happy to see that a portion of their profits go to earth-friendly organizations. Imagine my disappointment when the package arrived full of styrofoam peanuts! HOWEVER, after researching, I found that some styrofoam peanuts are made of starch now and break down in water. I tested these and they did! I really wish it told you that somewhere in the packaging. Overall, I like the scents. Couldn't get excited about any one in particular enough to commit to a full-size bar and the small bars work well in my space.

The bars are a really good size for people with small hands (the bars I received were 2" long, 1.5" wide, and .5" high). Unlike some reviewers, I use them to wash my hands and face and not in the shower, so there is no problem of them getting away from me. They feel good, not at all drying. So far, I have been using the same bar for about three weeks twice a day and it has many soapings. The fragrance of the one I am using is very strong, but pleasant. I look forward to testing the other seven bars in turn.

You will achieve a nice lather with this soap. The smell is from the natural oils of whatever soap you choose. Great for your skin. Yes, it is not an inexpensive item but consider this. Your skin is the largest organ in your body. Why put toxic substances on it that get absorbed into your system? The sampler box is a great way to become familiar with this company.

This smells so good that my letter carrier asked where it was from! Wonderfully soft, lathers really well, and smells great. I'm obsessed with these soaps. This is the first time I tried these so I ordered the sample pack, and cannot decide which ones I like best. Very pleased. Highly recommended.

First of all, my soaps arrived nearly a full week before they were supposed too, and in a nicely sized box too. The sampler box I received does not match the description above perfectly, however I didn't think it would when I ordered it in the first place as A Wild Soap Bar has updated the contents on their website to reflect their new scents.My box (in its lovely cardboard packaging) shares some similarities to the older edition- Bluebonnet, Desert Sage, Prickly Pear, Black Willow, Cedarwood, and Wildflower. It does not contain the Horsemint and Sassafras; in their place are Blue Agave and Yucca Root. The Yucca Root soap is actually a shampoo and body bar, works great for both. If you are worried about the scents all blending together, just store them all separately once you have them; the scents should go back to their original scent after a bit. Plus once you start to use them, it will speed this process up.They are nice sized sample bars, each one is big enough for several showers so you can get a good feel for how it works for you. Once the pieces are too small to use effectively, I like to throw them all together in a soap bag, then I can easily use every last scrap.

All of the soaps in the sampler smell alike, like an overbearing cloud of tea tree oil and nothing else. Even after separating and trying all different bars, neither me nor my boyfriend could tell the difference between them. Not worth the money
