1 less thing I need to worry about!
Takes the worrying and constantly having to keep an eye on the humidity for any sort of tropical animal you have. Works perfect for my ball python. For a 4’x2’x2’ tank I have mine set to mist every 30 minutes for a total of 2 minutes on level 3. You can set it run it 24/7 if you wanted or you can have it have it go off in 30 min- 1,2,3,4,5 hr intervals and control how long and dense the fog will be. Very easy to set up. No noise at all. For the money, it’s worth it. Especially if you have an actual job and can’t stay home everyday and mist your snake. This does all the work for you, while you work! I’ve also had this same one for over a year now and haven’t had a single problem with it. Still works like new!

Leaking problems? Unit functions flawlessly after doing this
This fogger is great, it doesn't help with soil humidity so misting is still required if you have an animal that needs it to be humid underground. I'm using this for my blood python, and I live in the desert so normally I have to mist multiple times a day. With this unit, I only have to mist once a day, and if I miss a day my substrate isn't bone dry when I get to it. The timer functions etc are great, but I quickly stopped using them and switched to a humidity controller, which keeps the humidity from swinging wildly like when you mist. This unit works great with the controller, just make sure it is set to continuous. However, like many others have mentioned, I eventually ran into a major problem. After working perfectly up to this point, the unit suddenly started leaking like a sieve. I filled it and less than an hour later all of that water was in my carpet. After researching I came across a video from the manufacturer on maintaining the unit. The video pretty much just says take it apart and clean it, and really only mentions one other specific thing. It says to push down on the little spring at the bottom of the tank, remove the little white gasket that pops up inside the tank, and thoroughly clean that entire assembly. Upon removing those pieces I discovered two things: that little gasket is the only thing that controls the flow of water from the tank to the base and that the bottom of the gasket was covered in grime to the point where it could no longer seal. After cleaning the gasket and replacing it the unit was suddenly back to operating flawlessly. You should still clean the rest of the unit as it holds water and like anything in constant contact with water it will eventually get nasty. The unit can be cleaned fairly well to operating condition with just a sponge, however to really clean it well you will definitely need some tools to get into small spaces such as brushes and pipe cleaners or something similar in various sizes.Manufacturer recommends cleaning thoroughly at least once a month. As long as I do that, I haven't run into any problems with this unit. Please note that the unit has to be taken apart when you receive it as there are foam pieces in the base to prevent it from being damaged during shipping. If not removed they will also cause leaking.

It Will Break Down And Leak Water Everywhere
This thing is utterly worthless. I've had it break on me twice now. the first time I had to silicone the fan in place inside the base because it's just pressed in place and it allowed water to drain into the base. Just a minute ago (after about a month since my last repair) I noticed it was leaking again and that it wasn't running. I took it to the sink to look at it and now it just doesn't turn on. This machine is made with the absolute lowest level of effort. Don't waste your money on this unless you like cleaning up puddles of water and then wasting money on a different fogger.

Quality and practical cleaning
This product is very good and misting and no noise comes from this product unless pressing the buttons. Very easy and simple to use. The instructions even teaches you how to clean the product and the signs on the product needs to be cleaned. I will be buying this produce if in need of replacement.

Works well. Keep an eye on the timer.
I like the product. It works very well for the short time I've had it. The thing to note is that the timer is a little different than expected. Whenever you set it to automatically run, the timer restarts after the fog has finished, so you'll have to reset it once in a while (or very often) if you want it to work at specific times. For example, I could set it to go off every 4 hours for 2 minutes. If it goes off at 7am the first time, the second time it'll go off at 11:02am, the third at 3:04, etc. So in about 6 days, your fogger is going on off an hour later than you originally started on monday. It's not a major issue for me since I only have it in use for one reptile: literally just a few buttons presses on the weekend and job is done. However, I can certainly see it being a bit tedious and frustrating for those keepers with dozens of animals.

Stopped working after 9 months
We got this humidifier for our Ball Python's tank. It worked great for several months until it suddenly started leaking into the bottom and the fan stopped working this week. The fan, by the way, is pretty much impossible to replace in the US because of the type of plastic wire caps used! Also, the directions and controls on this machine are not intuitive or user-friendly at all. It took a lot of trial and error to get the right setting- with only a phone number in China to contact for help. I even tried emailing the company but have received no response. In short, NOT WORTH IT.

Broke in 2 months. Leaks water
The media could not be loaded. At first this was great. Fogged really well. Kept humidty at a good point. Then it started leaking if filled it up all the way. So i started filling it partly. Then it wouldnt atomize and fog. So i move it ontop of the enclosure to see if that would help. Now its leaking and not fogging. Its been 2 months since i bought this. The fogger should have definitely lasted longer, especially for 65 dollars. I thought repti zoo was a good product. Guess i'm wrong. How disappointing

Works as advertised!!
I have had this set up for my snake enclosure for a couple of weeks and I have had no issues at all with it. It's extremely quiet (except for the button selections). Very easy to maintain. I am going to be getting another one for the bearded dragon enclosure as well. Definitely recommend. You may also want to get something to measure the humidity to make things easier to maintain.
