We weren't sure about ordering this mix but the pancakes were DELICIOUS!! I would recommend it. They were fluffy and light.

If you are talking about the pancake mix itself made by New Hope Mills It is The Best!Comparable to the Buttermilk Pancake Mix, The Complete Mix is the ‘restaurant style’ mix. The leavening in this mix is different from the other mixes so that the batter doesn’t start to rise until it hits a hot griddle, meaning that you can mix it up ahead of time and keep it in the fridge. Our Complete is also a little bit sweeter than our regular Buttermilk Pancake Mix. Complete is made with whole eggs and real sweet cream Buttermilk already in the mix, so you can just add water!
