This is so frustrating to try to set up this controller! I’ve been at this for hours now! I bought 2 of these controllers to play Fortnite on our iPhone and iPad. This controller lists that it is iOS compatible and doesn’t need an app. This is false!! You have to download the shooting plus v3 app in order to use it, and that app isn’t working for me. The controller is paired with my phone but the app is saying it’s disconnected. That app has many negative reviews and a lot of people having the same issue! So can ipega please put correct information on how to actually set up and use this controller for iOS!? PLEASE! I just want to use it!!!

I bought this item as a Birthday gift for my son. He absolutely loves it! It was easy enough for an 8 year old to figure out on his own. He loves that he can play games on his Android tablet with a controller. He hasn't put it down since he got it! This is a perfect gift for any gamer and it's quite inexpensive as far as controllers go.

Connected but keys didn’t seem to work for fortnite. We tried the download presets to no avail. I then did the custom program option but couldn’t figure out how to program the building keys etc. And my son played mobile so we didn’t know why buttons were supposed to do what.... The seller was trying to help but just offered a return/refund since we continued to struggle. Wished we could’ve figured it out. Full transparency my son is under 10 and I’m not a gamer so perhaps more savvy people could succeed or have luck with preloads.Excellent customer service.

I searched for hours and read reviews on so many of these, but picked this one due to the large amount of reviews. My son loves it! The only negative is the instructions sucked and didn’t explain how to change the controls and the website didn’t either, nor the app. Luckily my 10 year old is smart and figured it out on his own through the app. Going forward you should send detailed instructions for changing the controls. My 10 year old went from excitement to being upset on Christmas day bc he couldn’t figure it out, but I told him not to give up and keep trying and he eventually figured it out the next day.

I'm using iPhone 8+ and I thought the controller wasn't working, turns out the areas on the screen where the buttons are trying to push aren't correct, have zero customization and aren't apparent where they are hitting on screen. I had to search and use a lot of trial and error to locate on the screen where each button (didn't find them all) was actually touching so I could move things around and be able to use it. It took launching and relaunching my game about 5 times to get it to work semi correctly. No when I go to use it, it will connect to my phone through Bluetooth but the game doesn't pick it up at all. I have to forget the Bluetooth device every time, pair it, and go right into the game and NEVER let it time out or it's dead in the water again. Too much trouble and not worth it.

Bought this controller to play identity V. Easy to follow instructions to setup Bluetooth pairing. it fits hands Well and It is easy to get used to and you won't feel any discomfort. I use this device to pair with iPhone 11. There are some ore-set programs already for other famous games but I have not try yet. I am happy to use this device recommend to buy if you are looking for similar product.

I was disappointed just like my son. It Didn't work on my son smartphone I try to connect it in my son phone keep trying like 10 times till it said connect but the second issue was that the buttons wouldn't work so i turn it off and then back on and see if it would work but wouldn't connect again .I wouldn't rated this item but I had to rated it so it can let me send this review

I had zero success with this controller. Tried to use with steam link on iOS, and I couldn’t get the controller to do anything other than pair with my phone. Tried several games and settings within the steam link app, and nothing worked. Garbage.
