THESE ARE THE HEAT
Like a lot of folks when the COVID struck I went to my Anytime Fitness to find the doors locked. I had been a member there for a couple years. No note, no contact from them, nada. I was paid three months in advance.I'm fairly serious about working out. I built my own redneck gym in the barn. It's not fancy but I learned going back to weight plates and free weights is likely a better workout than the machines are.Bought a Nautilus recumbent exercise bike for those rainy, windy days, a weight bench and built my own cable pulldown, found some free weights and bars. I even get to choose my own music instead of the crap the gym played. I play it LOUD .. really LOUD.The pulldown I built never worked as well as I wanted it to and ate up the first plastic coated cable which taught me I needed different coating. Bought some good cable from Amazon with good coating which really helped. But these pulleys are AMAZING. I put them up today, night and day difference between these and I metal ones I started with. I added a 2.5 pound plate soon as I tried a set using them. They are worth every penny!By the way, Anytime Fitness finally contacted me. They want money, including paying them for the month they were closed. I thought they went out of business and ripped me off for 3 months of dues. In fact they did do that. ANYTIME FITNESS .. same way to say rip off.Home gyms are the answer. Exercise when you want, how you want, with equipment that works for you! SUPERSETS!

Exactly What Was Needed
The media could not be loaded. As a lot of people have done because of the pandemic and gyms being closed, I built a cable system so I could do lat pulldowns, rows, etc. in my home gym.The first pulleys I used were the small metal ones from Home Depot. DO NOT USE THOSE! They are hot garbage. I had them on for one day. 10lbs felt like 100lbs because there was so much friction within the pulleys. Not only that, the pulley wouldn't even turn. The wire was more just dragging over the pulley. Not only that, they were extremely loud when they actually did spin.I bought 3 of these pulleys with high hopes because these actually look like what is used on the commercial machines in gyms. My high hopes were fully realized as soon as I put these on.Smooth and quiet. ZERO issues. I have had as much as 150lbs loaded on these and still as smooth as butter.If building a cable system for your home gym is your need for these, do not hesitate to buy them! They work wonders.PS.. don't mind the rack flexing like that. It was because the shim I had under the left upright came loose. I put it back in the next set and all was well again 💪

Quiet, Smooth and Sturdy
It’s quiet, smooth & sturdy. I LOVE IT!! Does what I need it to do. Only ‘ding’ I’d give it is occasionally/sometimes when using the pulley rapidly the rope/cable slips off/out of the pulley’s groove and I have stop the exercise & reset it. Not a deal breaker.. this is a great add to my gym set!

The most important piece in a cable system!
I originally built my cable system with hardware store cable and pulleys.After breaking the cable every three months I inspected my system.Compared to "professional" gym systems the real difference is the size of the pulleys.I ordered two of these SYL Fitness pulleys and instantly knew I made the right decision.Incredibly smooth and virtually silent. AWESOME!!!

Great pulley for home gym
These are great pulleys....much better than the metal ones from home depot. These are strong, sturdy and super smooth. I have a 2 pulley system and it holds 120 lbs so far. Would recommend!

Gotta say, this pulley is far smoother than I was expecting. I ended up getting 3. Works perfectly for my lat pull

Gute Qualität
Der Griff ist absolut in Ordnung, die Rauheit passt, nicht zu spitz.Lediglich der Versand aus Fernost hat doch etwas lange gedauert, das Päckchen lag mehr als 2 Wochen in Frankfurt im Zoll oder Transit und wurde mir schon als verloren angegeben, bis es dann doch noch am selben Tag geliefert wurde, als ich meine Ansprüche geltend machen wollte.Die Verpackung hat extrem nach Pilzen gerochen, vielleicht war das der Grund.....

Hält was aus !
Hab mir für den heimischen Fitnessraum einen Seilzug für Gewichte gebaut. Die Rollen laufen perfekt und sind extrem belastbar. Sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis
