I was skeptical at first but only a few days of having these I started to sleep better. I now feel way more tired in bed when I lay down using my smart phone and have a much stronger desire to just sleep! I put them on at work if I’m in front of the screen for an hour or more at a time. I also put them on when I’m watching TV or in my Kindle. My eyes no longer feel so strained and I am really benefiting most from the better quality sleep. I’m buying a 2nd pair just for my office.They also fit really well... I have a small size head so it’s usually a problem for me to get a good fit in glasses but these are very comfortable.Recommended!

The glasses are everything I hoped for and more! The most IMPORTANT thing is the glasses seem to work. I spend too much time on the computer and would experience dizziness to the point I had doctors stumped. These glasses have put an end to my dizziness and only encourages my computer time. To sum up: THESE GLASSES DO WHAT THEY INTENDED and the bonus is the whole package is well-designed and tasteful.

I work in front of a computer all day long (10+hours days), and i was noticing headaches and "eye heaviness" at the end of my shifts. Plus, all of the blue led lights were killing my on my drive home.Enter these glasses and those issues have been noticeably reduced. I did a lot of research before deciding on these glasses and I'm really happy that i did! The large frame leads to a very cute look and i'm really happy on that end. I have suffered from light sensitivity and dry eyes.I would take allergy medicine daily because I need to sit in front of a computer all day. Until one day my friend remind me of some blue light blocking glasses and then I decided to look them up on Amazon. UNBELIEVABLE! My eyestrain and headaches have been alleviated since I wore them. So, in a nutshell, I am in love with these glasses and when I have a little extra need, I am going to get a backup pair so I can use them at home (I am too scared to take them home with me right now because I am afraid I will forget them and now I cannot work without them)!And they are stylish, as well. I have gotten quite a few compliments on them.If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.!!

I have noticed eye strain since i 'm being on my computer at work all day .The difference in how my eyes felt was noticeable and immediate, They work! These frames(I got the basic black frames) are light,extremely comfortable , and they seem to look good on everybody.The lenses are pretty clear, with the blue light reflecting off vs a more yellow looking lenses , I 'm thinking about recommending these for all of my friends and family that stare at screens all day.
