Quality product
I like this product for the following reasons. Very sturdy and it is easy to use. I practiced using it and I found that when putting on a 20/ 30 compression sock I don't slide the sock on until I reach the heel I put the whole sock on the donner except for about 3 inches . When inserting my foot I move my foot side to side to get my toes in the 3 inches and then pull up the sock and it works great. As with any compression sock you may need to smooth the sock out a littl .You may need more or less than the 3 inches . Also I have the large donner.

Works
Only thing I did not like was my own leg/foot being messed up so bad after a fall that even this Awesome device is difficult for me to use due to my own pains.

NOT HELPFUL FOR 30/40 COMPRESSION SOCKS
I ordered this item on the recommendation of the physical therapist I saw when I was getting fitted for compression socks for lymphedema. Since the socks I was required to wear are 30/40, they are extremely tight and nothing makes them very easy to put on. Might be good if you wear the 20/30 socks, but for my use, it did not work so it was returned.

Worked pretty well if you have flexible ankles
This worked pretty well for me to put on compression stockings, as I am very flexible. My husband was not able to use it however, as his ankles are very stiff and he could not bend his foot down enough to get his toe firmly into the sock.

Ease of use
My husband had great difficulty using the product because of an injured back. He was unable to pull on his elastic stockings. Wish I could return as we only tried out a couple of times. He is hospitalized now.Thank you.

A wonderful product that works well.
When I was told that I have to wear a knee-high compression sock daily, I had no idea how I was going to put it on. I am not very flexible so the idea of getting the sock on was daunting. After looking at all of the reviews for similar products, I decided to buy this one and I am very happy that I did. It is easy to use (but it takes a little while to figure out how to use it) and works well. It seems sturdy and well made. I highly recommend this product.

Don't know what I'd do without it!
I am 70 & have had 4 back fusions that have left me with difficulty reaching my own feet. I also need to wear compression socks but couldn't put them on. I love this device. It took a little practice to get the hang of it. My first few tries were frustrating. I am very tall so I had to figure out how much of the sock to pull down over the device & get a comfortable fit. If I don't pull the sock past the heel, I end up with leftover room in the toe. If I pulled too far passed the heel, the toe area would be too tight. Now I have figured out my "sweet spot" for positioning my socks & they go on perfectly every time! This is a really clever device & I'm super happy I have it.

For very mildly handicapped people.
Waste of money, can be found $10 cheaper. This particular 'Applicators is frail / not sturdy. Would work for a mildly debitated person trying to stay independent. Worst buy of the last year from Amazon. I don't return items, if I make a mistake - I made a mistake getting this item.Handles need to be twice as long, short as they are with full extention, still make this product useless.

Great Aid in Donning Compression Stockings
This works VERY well but the only instructions for using the Donner is on the box it came in - no included instruction folder but once used a few times really didn't need further detailsCertainly more useable than the previous Donner I could obtain in Perth.
