I originally bought a L but had to return it as they were too big. I reordered a medium/petite--the inseam is 26. Hope that helps.

Q: Is the material light wt thin cotton? I need something a bit thicker , warmer for someone who is always complaining that she's cold.

It’s a bit thicker. I wear them all winter. And I got some for my mom who is always cold and they are great.

Hello! The size XS is a US 2-4, the S is a 6-8, the M is a 10-12, L is 14-16 and the XL is an 18. 1X is a 16W-18W, 2x is a 20W-22W, and 3x is a 24W-26W.

Q: What is the inseam measurement ?

I got the 2X and the inseam is 29'. The bottom 1/2" trails on the floor a bit when I walk but it washes out nicely. I wash and hang dry them because I don't want any chance of the top part shrinking and tightening up on me. I like my pants to fit a bit loosely cause I dont like any constricting around my waist or abdomen. The knit fabric is smoothe and thick enough to stand up to lots of wear. I highly recommend them.
