Zipper Broke After 2 Uses and Seller Refused to Replace
I bought this day pack in May for my son who began boys scouts. Between May and now, he used the pack twice and the zipper came off the track. I asked the seller to replace the defective product, but they refused citing that the product was more than 6 months old, despite it only being used twice. Buyer beware.
