Bender was used and missing some parts.
The bender is sturdy and well built. My complaints are that the one I received had obviously been used a lot (not a big deal if they were advertising it as used) and it was missing bolts and shims that I had to either purchase or fabricate in my shop. This bender was not just used once or twice then returned. The wear and rust showed that was used a lot before being sold to me.

The manual is terrible
Thank heavens for YouTube. Otherwise this would be a hunk of scrap metal. The bender is fine and there are dozens that are identical or similar, so overcoming the terrible and incomplete manual is doable.
