Customer Service Amazing!
So, have been battling high blood pressure for years now, refuse to do the standard meds that make everything worse, so have been trying various natural things, plus working to improve lifestyle issues of course. Nothing has helped, and I've been through about every supplement on Amazon, have thrown everything at it that research shows has any promise, to no avail. Now trying this latest effort, given that it's not a combination I've tried before, and only recently did it show up in search. Has good reviews, so figured I'd try it.So, three stars at this point because I can't say, yet, it's made a difference, but also thus far it has no side effects, settles well and seems a decently made product, so it's earned at least that much in a positive sense. I added a fourth star for the utterly amazing customer service I received, after posting this review (see below). The only drawback is that, at 18 bucks a bottle, and only a ten day supply (you have to take 8 a day, when trying to modulate blood pressure), that's nearly sixty dollars for a month's worth of meds (although it's been clarified to me that you can spend much less, going through offers on their website, see below). Since there is no guideline on how long it should take to show effect, if any effect occurs, I'm thinking to give it one month, at least. My health is obviously worth the investment. (I have since learned that more options are available -- see below.)Been on it about a week now, and seems my BP is down a few points, but difficult to know if that is the usual fluctuation, or actual impact of this supplement. It tends to go up and down slightly, and of course I'm looking for a steady downward trend, out of the danger zone to something livable. If that happens, apparently I can drop down to two pills a day, which is very affordable.I'm still sticking with garlic, plus another "wonder" supplement that I think is useless (Circulogic, they get you on a recurring order which I finally stopped, but I have a few bottles left to run out) and also another product on here that hasn't seemed to help, but has beneficial stuff in it, so no harm in taking it. Also taking Turmeric with Curcumin, and a few other things. If this fails, the last resort I know of is Mukta Vati, which people have apparently had benefit from using. Hope to find something that works, given the concerns of BP at high level. Other effort to try is a strict water fast. Have read up on that and supposedly the body "re-sets" itself and many ailments are gone or much improved if the fast is long enough for the body to accomplish the re-set (at least 21 to 30 days, as I understand it from various documentaries and medical opinions about it). Haven't tried that yet because of possible health risks of doing it on one's own, plus not sure if I can still work the hours I do (which I need to do less of, obviously, but have to pay the bills too -- sucks living where the medical system is such a mess), but, again, worth a try if these other efforts are not successful for me.If it works, I'll certainly post back, upgrade the rating accordingly, and be a fan for life. If it doesn't, I'll post back after my month of taking it and let folks know, although that should not discourage anyone from giving it a try, since, clearly, it's worked for a lot of people.Fingers crossed!ADDED: As mentioned, I added another star since first posting this, because, a very short while after my review went live, Longevity customer service emailed me (thank you Eric!) saying they could clarify some of my concerns. I welcomed such, and Eric took the time to provide some very helpful details that, for me, were missed in just what I saw (and overlooked) on the product page.In terms of cost, on their website, you can directly order in larger quantities, to save money. They also have a "tablet" option which only requires four tablets a day, instead of the eight capsules, so, again, a cheaper route. You can also subscribe and save, similar to products here on Amazon.Eric also provided extensive detail about the research that goes into this product, and all of their products sold and I feel greater confidence in really giving this a try now. I've asked too that it would help to know how long to take it, before rendering a final decision. Eric has indicated that they will review the product page to see what other information might be helpful to add. So, wow, hugely responsive Customer Service.Seeing the positive reviews on here, reading their website in full now, and having had contact from the company, I can see why it appears to be the most well reviewed BP supplement on Amazon and I think this does stand out as a valued product and, even if it winds up not working for me, I'd still recommend it for a try. Everyone's chemistry has its unique aspects, after all.I'll still post back my final results, just to share my experience. I'm now looking at other items they sell, at their site, and am considering what others I might try, since they offer a wide array of well-proven supplements. Here's hoping my BP drops! Wish me luck!

I've been using this product for a few months
I use this product in the morning when I get up and it does a great job of keeping my blood pressure normal. I only have to take one for the whole day so one bottle last months and I no longer take RX toxic chemicals for my heart and health sake. It works for me.

It actually worked *shocked*
UPDATE 24aug2018Itās hit and miss. Meaning, it seems to decrease pulse like a betablocker. Sometimes, the BP drops, too. Sometimes, youāve got low pulse rates with sky high bp - and in some cases the body is already compensating in this manner.171/108 p52165/104 p50191/128 p50178/106 p46At rest? 165/104 P50(AVG Pulse rate is 60-100)I knocked off three stars. It works but it doesnāt consistently decrease BP. It may, however, be more effective for one that does not have āsevere HTNā.Well, I tried. LolI know that garlic has statin like qualities and can decrease BP but I honestly cannot tell how much garlic is in this supplement. I was hoping for a synergistic effect from ingredient list but didnāt get one.(For research purposes, Im a black female of 37 and normal BMI).Update 13Aug18, 3rd Day taking thing.AM: 133/92, P83PM: BP 121/85, P84I held it last night thinking it was similar to a beta blocker because my pulse was at 54. That is low.(BP 146/102)Either way, Iām pleased. Recommended BP is 120/80.Recommendations: Iāve experienced dizziness with standing and position change on this med so Iād encourage elders and those with limited mobility, especially, to get up and change positions slowly. Orthostatic hypertension is a common side effect with antihypertensives; however if youāre unsettled by it please consult with your doctor or hlthcare provider.Iāll update in another month. Next time I meet with my pharmacist, Iām going to bring this up to her. The (double blind) studies Iāve seen only note efficacy in the short term. Weāll see, though.************Well, not entirely shocked. Iām a nurse so Iām familiar with holistic methods and such. I just didnāt expect it to work that well and so quickly. The half-life seems rather short, though.I am a healthy weight but Iāve got HTN that I have to be on meds for. Well, I developed hives from hydralazine, amlodipine ā when I had angioedema happened thanks to lisinopril, I was at a loss.I was afraid to try another BP med, honestly. Beyond that, nothing worked quite as well as lisinopril and HCTZ. I went back on lisinopril at my own direction before I said to myself, āyknow, thereās gotta be a better way...āCame to amazon looking for BP supplements and crossed my fingers. I stopped my meds then took one dose at work. Personal assurance. In case this crap made my BP spiked or in case my bp spiked from the skipped dosage, Id be surrounded by hlthcare professionals, a crash cart, Clonidine or hydralazine and an ER. LolI was pleasantly surprised to see my blood pressure at 141/90. A good value for one who skipped her prescribed BP med dose that day... hovered around 190/120 (range) without bp meds and nearly had ācrisisā at 210/192.I wonāt recommend it to patients because Iām not a medical doctor or operating with in a provider capacity, but Iāll be sure to encourage them to look into increasing daily intake of natural supplements. Why? 1. If you want fiber, you donāt take Metamucil. You eat an apple or nectarine!Itās always better to EAT the substance than take a pill version of it.2. And, honestly, most chronic illnesses can be traced back to lifestyle choice.I would advise pts on here to not take the full dose of medication during initial administration. Like, the second reviewer enduring blood pressure spikes? Please, take care. You donāt know how this med will affect your body or how it interacts with substances within your body so please donāt go full throttle taking four pills a day.Ease into it.Check BP. Pop a pill. Check BP 30-45min later on same arm. If your BP values decrease ...then you may be okay to take another dose.Supplement are not FDA regulated. Supplements do not equal āsafeā. A supplement, be it an herb or dietary substance, is STILL medication, guys. Even water will kill you if you take too much of it.

Temp Fix
I am in between doctors and will have to wait for 3 weeks until I can get the opportunity to ask for assistance again from another doctor, for lowering my blood pressure. It seems that most primary care doctors know very little about the different kinds of blood pressure medications. and are fearful of patients asking for help on that topic. Meanwhile, my health suffers while they procrastinate.
