This pasta cooks up nicely and has an excellent taste.They are on the small side which is good because even in a pasta salad the pasta can cover up the flavors of the other ingredients in the salad. They are also perfect for when you use your fork to take a bite you dont have noodles hanging off the fork where its tough to get it in your mouth. These are nice sized noodles for use with a fork. They also work well with spoons.
