helpful
It answered some of my questions on the topic, and got my curiosity up enough to go out and do some of my own research on the topic. I will be setting up our own little aquaponic garden as soon as I can find the fish I want to use locally. Would not recommend for the intermediate or advanced, and didn't really care for her personal pontifications on vegans vs. any one who eats any type of animal products what so ever (even eggs!). The resources are great if you're in England, but it does at least give you a starting point of where you can start your own research in your own neck of the woods.

I've learned a lot about Aquaphonics
I wasn't even aware that there is a growing technique called aquaponics until we visited a cousin in another state. I was impressed with this system of growing food and I'm seriously thinking about it.Since I know nothing about this at all, I found this book very interesting. Other reviewers have called this basic, but I found it to be very informative and interesting. I don't feel I could go ahead and set up a system using this book, but I now know enough about it to go out and do more research and this is a good resource to keep handy for future reference. If you're new to this subject, you'll find this book to be a good intro to the world of Aquaponics. You can't go wrong at this price.

It's worth skimming through.
If you are really familiar with aquaponics, this book will likely be boring. However, if you have little to no experience with or knowledge about aquaponics, this brief book is a good primer. It is, by no means, a book sufficient to teach you to build or run an aquaponics system, but it does contain some interesting points and will help you understand aquaponics better. There are several grammatical/spelling errors that kind of drove me crazy, but she does a decent job.

Great Introduction to Aquaponics
This is an excellent introduction to aquaponics, which may well be the wave of the future. There is more than enough information for you to know if this is something you want to pursue. Aquaponic systems produce organic vegetables quicker, easier, and better than ordinary farming methods. Fish supply nutrients for the plants and the plants clean the water for the fish. This book is a real bargain at $1.47.

Useful info but wont actually help you build a system.
A lot of useful basic information but very brief. There are even several filler pages that have nothing to do about Aquaponics. Investing tips? How to spot a scam? I guess the author didn't have enough pages to qualify for whatever grant she was writing the book for.

Very well written.
I am very interested in this subject and this book is a short and sweet read. If you want to learn a bit about Aquaponics and not get bogged down in too much chemistry or "jargon" this is worth the money.

OK
Interesting information on some myths about aquaponics. Very good if you think that aquaponics is just a fun thing to think about. NO! It is a very serious way to help fix the food problems in our world!

Interesting subject
Found this book whilst browsing the book store, it was on a free to try weekend so I took the opportunity to read it. For others who, like me, did not know anything about aquaponics it brings an interesting way of using a waste product from the fish pond to give the plants nutrients then back to the fish pond. It then allows you to grow your own veg or salad organically, what could be better. It is written in an easy to read style, without being condescending, explaining in detail what Aquaponics is all about. Well worth reading.

Very informative -
This ebook was very good, not difficult to read and everything was explained very well. I am very tempted to give Aquaponics a go, especially when you consider how easy it all is to do once set up.
