Weighted Hoop, Weight Loss Power Hoop 4B - 3.6lb (Dia.41) Large, Weighted Hula Hoop for Workout

Bought the same thing for myself and used it for months. Now get the exact same for my mom. construction is good but i never really take it apart and put it back together. I just keep it in a corner the way it is.I use it for 20 minutes at least 3 times a week. i am slim but now i have a more defined waistline. Also good for digestion but i recommend using it in the morning on an empty stomach. otherwise the weighted hoop can cause some actual discomfort.Also, for the first three times i got bruises but i started with 20 minutesi. Maybe 5 minutes for the first few times is enough.

OKKKKK THIS THING IS AMAZING. 10 mins 5 days a week first thing in the morning and it is sculpting my body in a way that I’ve never seen it look before. Definitely definitely buy and add to your workout routine

I got this because hula hooping was my favorite thing to do when I was younger. I found this one for adults and it is better than expected and also helps me get into shape and I love it.

Purchased as a gift! I also have one, they provide a great workout.

Bisher der beste HulaHoop den ich hatte. Versand ging schneller als angegeben, der HulaHoop ist sehr stabil, kann super einfach auf und abgebaut werden.Preis/Leistung ist super, kostet zwar mehr aber hält auch dementsprechend.

this hoop was expensive but it is one of the best pieces of exercise equipment that I own. At first I could only manage about 3 minutes at a time but can now hoop for 30 minutes at time while watching tv. The difference it has made to my waist and hips is amazing - I can now wear all my old jeans etc... And it is fun!!! My daughter is so stunned by the difference that she is ordering one today.

I really got into this hoop. I use it every other day, sometimes more. I was a little sore around my waist at the start, but it went away after regular use within about a week or two. My stomach is visibly flatter and firmer. I do a lot of other exercise too, so I wouldn't say it's completely down to the hoop, but it does help.

fabulous - love this. Weighted makes it easier to use. ten minutes every night watching tv gets your waist toned up. Feels a bit sore on the hip bones at first but you get used to it. Cost a lot more in my local gym so this was a bargain.
