This little gem is the secret to my strawberry shortcake cookies and the reason my cookies are the best in my area. This small bottle goes a long way! I make sure I am not ever without extra on hand!

This is a great product for it's powerful coffee flavor. I didn't find any mention, on the bottle or on the product web page about caffeine content. All I can say is that I was making a protein shake in the evenings and adding this extract to make it a delicious mocha treat. It took me about a week to suspect that this extract is caffeinated as I was wired until late in the nigh, every night. I still love this extract and will reorder it. I just won't be adding it to any thing I consume in the evenings. I've not tried baking with it yet.

I used this to make chocolate strawberry protein ice cream in my Ninja Creami and it turned out amazing! My recipe was:1/2 teaspoon of the strawberry emulsion1 cup cashew milk1/4 cup cottage cheese1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use Legion brand)Stevia

Giving it a 4 star because it is indeed emulsion. But. Let me warn you. DO. NOT. CONFUSE. THIS. WITH. EXTRACT! It is not the same and will give your cake or whatever you’re using it for a very strange flavor. My cake was NASTY and had a weird aftertaste. I scrapped the cake and put this emulsion up. I will try to find something it can be used in, but haven’t found anything yet.

When I received this the seal was intact. The oil content was consistent throughout the whole bottle. The bottle size is average and the oil is very potent. I added this to a box of sugar cookie mix. That I decorated for my daughter. It completely gave the cookies a wonderful new flavor. I plan to add this into my cake recipe too.

I haven’t yet tried this for baking but I use it in my strawberry cream cheese buttercream frosting as well as my white chocolate strawberry ganache for a chef’s kiss.
