Fatigue buster
Disclaimer: the following is based solely on my own experience and should not be taken as evidence of anything!I started taking this because I read on a forum somewhere that it might contribute to healthy hair growth. I can't verify if that's true, but what I have found since taking it regularly with my breakfast is that it greatly reduces fatigue. It also seems to improve my moods. That's why I've kept taking it and will continue to do so.It comes in large capsules that might be hard for some people to swallow, although this has never been a problem for me.

Worth to try.it works
It works. After two months using the strength is fading out a bit. I started 400 does n after some time I was taking two. Then I found 700. At the beginning it was very strong. Now is a bit less n more like strong coffee but for longer. When I take it in the morning at 7am it slows down at 2/3pm. It's still worth taking. It's a clean energy n I don't get coffee come down effects. I still need to read about long term taking n side effects. For now it keep me going long hours at work.

So sad, this doesn't seem to have any effect.
I really needed this to work, as tyrosine does - but tyrosine is hard to digest, and has to be taken away from other amino acids - even a cup of tea or coffee with milk.... So I believed this would work but it didn't. So sad. Will keep trying and if it does start to work will alter this review.

A reasonable product that probably requires more time to have greater effect
Purchased this 2 weeks ago in combination with other supplements as heard it could help with attentiveness and concentration. Can’t say I have seen anything other than a minor improvement which could be coincidental. Maybe it’s too early to say.
