I started using this for gout in my toe and it was really helpful after 4 day still a little pain but I can now put pressure on that foot. I will definitely be buying again

Love it ! Was really surprised that it worked for the pain and had a really nice scent too. Good for muscle pain and inflammation.

Have been using this for the past few days, to help ease my cronic arthritis pian to my right knee and it's helping , on the down side it's fairly greasy though.

Not that much of a warning effect and the scent is a bit weak for a ginger-based balm in my opinion. The arnica content doesn't seem to be too high either. Very mild antiinflammatory effect.The texture is nice and it absorbs well.

Seems ok at the moment early days yet.expected bigger jar for the money

Its not as warming as some joint and muscle balms are, which is a little disappointing, I was looking for more heat (but not so much as Tiger Balm or Deep Heat!) - that said its nice and relaxing feeling. Its a little greasy. But good stuff.

sorry but i found it no use, bit sticky,dis not like the smell have nothing nice to say ,plus it seems i signed up to it arriving every month, but i have i hope cancelled the order.could easy not notice and have the trouble of trying to return, not a happy bunny
