Shio koji is magic on salmon and tofu! It’s also so easy. All I do is pour a layer of it on the salmon and bake. It’s my favorite way to cook salmon. For tofu, I cut up the tofu into cubes, toss some shio koji in, and cook it stovetop in a pan. Love that I can buy it on Amazon now!

I have been loving Japanese food for a long time. This shio koji taste amazing! It brings umami and satiness.

I had a food party I was preparing for and could not find shio koji in the store. I was able to get a bottle delivered quickly and in time for the party. This brand is my go to and was pleasantly surprised to see it on Amazon.

I am a first time user of shio koji. We used it on pork ribs for about 36 hours refrigerated, then wiped off. Use any sauce you want on the grill. Just super tender!

I know now the Asian secret to delicious food - This stuff right here. Cut up some chicken thighs, onion, bell pepper and add some broccoli, stuff it into a ziploc with the koji for an hour minimum, add some olive oil to a pan and sear till its starts browning.....omg. The words do not describe the mouthgasm. You dont even need other seasoning, just this is more than enough.However if youre on a low salt diet/dont eat much salt this is not for you - I gave some to my mom to try and she said its too salty. Just some food for thought and more for me *cackles*

I marinade duck breast and this stuff makes it phenomenal! Don’t even need sauce. Makes meet very tender.

While it certainly didn't make anything taste bad, it did not live up to the hype. I will use it up but I am not planning on reordering.
