I was skeptical because of the reviews, but after my boyfriend helped me assemble it, it was great! It’s so comfy

Not a good chair!! Had them for a few months tried to have clients get used to them but not one client can sit in them and get into the sink the clients and floors are always soaked nobody is comfortable in them at all!! Horrible purchase and can’t even get in contact with the company.

It's a shampoo chair. Does not fit exactly to the wrong backwash unit they send me. But I'll get used to it

The chair seems very comfortable, I’m always looking for a decent width, which this seems to have. We’ve had to replace the nut on one side twice, as it kept coming loose and falling off. The chair is very stiff and doesn’t recline or move back into place very smoothly while sitting in it.
