I purchased these headphones (Boltune BH001 Pro) after I lost my Boltune BH001 headphones because these claim to be an upgraded version. However, these 'Pro' headphones have absolute trash functionality compared to the original model.The original model (BH001):-had voice prompts telling me whether the headphones were 'Pairing,' 'Connected,' or even when the battery was low-could connect to multiple bluetooth devices at once (important when I'm studying away from home and need to connect both my laptop and tablet)-could connect to a new device at any point, rather than forcing me to restart it to connect multiple devicesTHIS model (BH001 Pro):-has wimpy little beeps that all sound the same, so I don't even know what's happening whenever it beeps -seriously bro why did you take away the voice prompts? This is the main reason I gave these headphones 2 stars. I have no idea what's going on-I have to connect all my devices when I first start it up, but have such a tiny window to do soOverall, this is a downgrade, and not an upgrade from the original model. I will be requesting a return & refund.

Everybody has always known that it takes money to get good sound from audio equipment. If you pay chump change, you get to hear the music, but you're not on stage. To get on stage, you gotta pay the big bucks. This product has turned that notion on its head. The performance is so good I feel like I must have made a deal with the devil. And with the red accents and ear wings that sort of look like devil ears, the look is a bit demonic too!Cost of these earphones is genuinely chump change. For around $30, my expectations were as low as a limbo bar can go. So how is it they sound as good, or better, than expensive in-ear monitors (IEMs) I use or my several hundred dollar Bose noise-cancelling headset? I don't understand how that's possible -- unless I've made a deal with the devil!I've only had these for a few days now, but they are stunningly good. The best phone call quality I've ever experienced, by far. And I'm told the sound is great on the other end -- meaning the microphones in this unit are excellent. I can't really comment on the noise cancelling aspect relative to phone calls.Listening to music is where they are a shining star. One caveat is that I use the best possible input I can get. I stream Tidal so I'm always getting at minimum CD quality input. Most in-ear listening devices are too treble-oriented, and my ears are extremely sensitive to that. Most devices hit me with a screeching, tinny blast that feels like broken glass against my eardrums. These are not like that, at least not in the normal and bass settings (There are three "EQ" settings available -- normal, treble and bass. I use bass setting as it tones down the highs somewhat.) Using the bass EQ setting, I get a wholly adequate bass -- not drum major quality, but noticeably good, and the highs are crystal clear. I have heard things on the high end with these that I've not heard with any other device I've ever used -- and that's why I say they are extraordinary in performance. They are comfortable and secure in the ear, and I can listen for hours with general bliss.They arrived at 80% battery charge, and I haven't had to charge them yet. They claim long battery life, and that's a good thing.Now, nothing is perfect in this world. And this products does have some minor issues. First, like many of these wired/wireless product, the wire connecting the ear units, neckband if you like, is too short. It's also too stiff to be considered comfortable against the skin. I'd like to see it a foot longer. The magnetic connection is nice when not in use, and it's strong. It latched onto a pen in my pocket once. I don't believe anyone, no matter degree of dexterity, will ever use the controls without removing an earpiece to use two hands. To change the "EQ" setting, for instance, you have to press the center multi-function button and the + button at the same time. This takes two hands, and no one is good enough to do with while the unit is three inches from your ear and invisible to the eye.Any deficiencies are negligible in contrast to the extraordinary sound quality they can deliver. So, having paid chump change to get something this good, I must surely have made a deal with the devil!

I'm not a fan of ear buds, couldn't justify the price of the more notable brands just to pair with my tablet which is only used briefly at night. What drew me to these was the fact that they are linked together, makes it easier for us uncoordinated folks rather than fumbling for two separate ear pieces. Well, after being impressed with the sound quality on my tablet, got to thinking with all the Teams calls for work, rather than having the whole house hear the conversations, today I decided to give these headphones a try with my work laptop. The sound quality is fabulous, no background noise from either side, everyone could hear me more clearly than with the laptop mic. They are quite impressive little headphones and ones I would highly recommend.

UPDATE 4/22/2021: I have a dedicated email account for amazon emails and I don't check it too often and so I owe the seller a huge apology! Once they saw my review they IMMEDIATELY reached out to me offering me a choice of a refund or replacement on my order. I have upgraded my review to 5 stars as they have been trying for WEEKS to reach me to make this right and are shipping a new set of earbuds. Great customer service. I am very much looking forward to getting earbuds with better battery life comparable to the older version. I already know the sound quality, noise canceling, and ease of use and durability are great so I am very excited that the seller is so committed to ensuring customers are satisfied.I am super disappointed that these don't have nearly as long of a battery life as the earlier gen I had that finally broke after 2 years (one of the earbuds stopped working). It does charge way faster but I feel like I have to charge them every day or every other day. My old ones would last me like 4-5 days with listening sporadically through the day at work and doing chores at home after work. However, they are super noise canceling, comfortable, easy to pair and use, and sound great. I will admit, I use mostly for podcasts and audiobooks so a music lover may have higher standards for sound quality but podcasts sound just great.

I had previously used a set taotronics for the last 6 months, but when I lost the set and went to reorder it that model could not be found. This one was suggested, and by all appearances, seems to be a direct replacement. Pairing is easy, the fit is very comfortable and stays in while jogging, mowing the lawn, etc.Sound quality is good - I'm not looking for audiophile quality, but the sound is clear and crisp, and I haven't had any issues using it for calls either. The Battery life is good - I typically go a week between charging which involves using it for 45minutes to an hour each day.

Pretty comfortable, despite being quite larged and bulky, and they sit fairly securely in the ear. The sound is very high pitched and, even with "Base" mode enabled, there's too much trebble. Battery life is good.I also use these at night when I go to bed to sleep or meditate. The flashing LED is pretty extreme; it would be great to be able to disable the LED.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sound these small headphones produce: rich bass, detailed accurate mid and high tones. The materials seem to be of good quality, so I hope they will last. The manufacturer is confident enough about the product to give 30 months of warranty! So very positive first impressions about the product.

After charging and using it for one day, it stopped working. And then to ship it back cost the same as the product
