Best TSA Cable Lock So Far
I fly with heavy (50-80lbs) Pelican type cases once a week, so my challenge is keeping them secure but still accessible to TSA. Their challenge seems to be breaking or misplacing the locks I do all of this research on- I buy about 6 replacement locks per month. This KLOUD cable lock is one of my favorites for the following reasons: combo is easy to set, push button release is easy to use, and the cable is just long enough to loop through the larger cases twice (that's a big deal because the ones that loop once get snagged & torn off too easily). My advice is to always have a spare in your carry-on because every lock will be abused enough at some point & these are affordable. If your luggage is larger & lighter weight, you should also consider the Sesamee K6435- it's very sturdy & is outstanding for lighter pieces, but can be a little too rigid for the smaller heavier stuff.

Very satisfied with this purchase.
The lock works great. I reviewed a lot of cable locks before my purchase and liked this design the best because of the push button release to open it after you enter the combination. I was right and this makes it easier. Many competitors seem to have a system where you need some dexterity to get the end of the cable in and out of the socket, but this is really simple and easy. I would buy again. Great for the gym or travel, I keep it attached to my key chain and always have a lock when I need one.Very simple to set up and use and at the right price.

Worthless--simple to hack
These are really worthless products. I usually take negative reviews on Amazon with a grain of salt but these deserve a realistic and honest review of how crappy they are.Received my set of two and reset the combos and tested them before a trip. Upon retrieving my luggage, one opened fine, the other would not. I thought maybe i had set the wrong combo but my wife assured me she had opened it at the airport before checking it. So, had to use bolt cutters to open it. While hacking and yanking away at the cable, I noticed that i was able to just pull the cable right out of the catch side. I tried this on the good lock and sure enough, I was able to yank the cable out of that one as well...no problem. So basically, someone doesn't even need to cut the cable, they can simply pull it open with a tool with very little force. Don't believe me? Try it and post your review.

Very Good Locks
Shortly after purchasing these locks we went on a trip during which our checked bags were inspected by the TSA. This was evidenced by the presence of TSA notices found in our bags that indicated that such inspections had taken place. If we had secured our bags with regular locks I am sure that they would have been cut off to allow these inspections.

The work great. A little hard to change the combination code by yourself but was able to get it eventually.

Four Stars
They have long shackles, which is what we were looking for, albeit too long for our use.

Hmmm
I guess they are okay. Came in a ziplock bag with no directions on how to set a code. Will have to figure it out, but would be nice to know how to do it without researching it.
