If you have 0 inches of lift or are using a bracket to raise your trackbar start your install with the bar adjusted as short as possible. You probably won't have to adjust it at that point.

Seems to work much better than the Teraflex Monster it was replacing. The Teraflex had more play from day one and after 3yrs the bushings were done. Jeep constantly pulled to the right after multiple alignments and new UD60’s. This fixed the slack and the steering jerks I was getting whenever I hit a pot hole or a bump. Plug and play with the stock or UD60 axles. The Jeep is happy so it’s money well spent.

This new version of the Synergy front track bar does not work with the Synergy track bar brace. The small bolt in the brace at the bottom prevents the track bar from lining up with the mounting hole in the bracket. You must remove the little bolt for it to work, which weakens the braces design. They also moved the adjusting sleeve on this new version to the frame side which greatly limits the room for a wrench to adjust the length. It is a horrible design. I found that using a crows foot wrench helped greatly. I highly recommend that if you have the old version, just rebuild the joints and keep it.

The Picture doesn't depict the size and weight of this very nice track bar. Measures 1.560 in diameter with the powder coating. Everything about this bar is very high Quality. Needed for Front Synergy front track bar brace with sector shaft support. Steering is noticeably improved on highway with the combination of these 3 Synergy modifications. Already had Teraflex leveling kit installed (2" spacers in front).
