A cat bed my cat will ACTUALLY use!
I didn't rate durability as I only have had it a few days. All I know is that my cat loves it. I've bought other beds that she's ignored. I bought this one when she was diagnosed with arthritis and wasn't moving as well . I know that heat helps me so I thought I would give it a shot. She agrees with me.

My cat loves his new bed!
I spent ages researching heated beds before choosing this one. I was so afraid of buying one that would overheat and burn my baby. When the bed arrived, I tested it as recommended by the manufacturer by placing a small pillow in it. After 20 minutes, it was pleasantly warm to the touch. I then took out the insert and washed the bed and foam inserts, which had a strong chemical smell. I used the gentle cycle and washed them with a bit of borax. I lay the foam pads out in the sun for about an hour to dry and dried the bed on extra low heat. The pads picked up some blue fuzz from the wash but not much. After washing and air drying, the smell was gone. I placed the bed in my cat’s little cat tunnel he’s been steadfastly ignoring for a year and a half and placed a blanket and 2 greenies on top. A little later he investigated, ate his treats, and promptly curled up on his bed. He’s spent a ton of time in there since then, fast asleep. I got the bigger size so he’d have room to stretch out and it’s a perfect fit. Very happy with this purchase and I’ve already recommended it to 2 of my cat parent friends!

My Cat Loves His New Bed!
This bed is my cats new favorite thing! I chose this bed because of the pressure sensing heating pad, and I can confirm that it works perfectly! The only issue I’ve had is that the foam in the bed arrived VERY bent and misshapen, so I had to flatten it with heavy items over a few days. Overall I’m very happy with the way the heating element in the bed works, I just wish it would’ve arrived in better condition.

Put extra blankets in the bed so it's not so hot.
I have a 16 year old male cat who loves to sit in the sunshine wherever he can find it. I put the bed on the floor in the vestibule. He immediately lay down in it and made it his go-to spot. He spent 85% of his day there. Now, he is a Siamese/Tabby/Mau with short hair. After about 3 months I noticed he had a large bald spot on his tummy. His Vet told us to put some extra padding between him and the heat. I did but he continued to loose his hair with more bald spots. It is winter now and I have pulled the plug on the bed. Needless to say he abandoned the bed. I am hopping his hair grows back. Poor Kitty.

My cats enjoy their heated beds. I had to buy two
I bought this for my older cat with arthritis but the other two kept stealing it. The navy color is nice. It gets super furry though and not so sure how well this is going to wash up. I am dubious. But I like it. The price was better than others I looked at. The cats like it. So yeah. Money well spent. I might sew other covers for it that I can easily take off and wash. Or maybe even just slip in a pillow case.

my cats love this.
I like this product because it heats up with pressure: it gets warm when a cat settles on it and cools off when nothing is on it. My two orange boys have figured it out and when the temperature drops or it is nap time, it is in use. We are all a bunch of happy campers! Oh, yes, it is also easy to clean, It vacuums up nicely. I also have had an unfortunate cat vomit experience: I un-zipped it and removed the heating element and inside foam and then rinsed the debris into the garbage disposal. I tossed the shell and foam piece into the washer and dried it on low heat in the dryer. It was good as new when clean and reassembled! Buy it you will love it!

Kitty loves It, but wash It first!
Because of a car accident I was in 3 years ago, I use my neck heating pad often. When I was done with It, I’d unplug and leave It on the couch and always find my little babe cuddled up on It as the warmth lingers. For his birthday, I wanted to gift my sweet boy with a warming bed and when I saw this one I sale I new he needed It. He absolutely loves It. My cats are lengthy and the small is okay but the large would have been a better fit. Due to the warmth I don’t think they mind. I always unplug at night and when we’re not around (I work from home) just incase but they are really enjoying It. I will say when It came in, It smelled really bad, like straight fumes. I washed the outer layer as advertised and It washed nicely. The inside foam and heating pad still smelled but At least they’re inside the washed part. 9/10 from me for that.

Great for a senior cat once the smell wore off
I got this for my 15 year old senior cat who has started showing some signs of arthritis. When I first got it she showed zero interest in it, even avoiding it completely for a full week. The bed did give off an undesirable odor that I believe turned her off, and she may not have been used to the fabric as she's a fan of plush blankets. But after about a week the smell was less intense and that's when she started using it with a plush blanket on top. After another week or so she started sitting directly in the bed and now she LOVES it and cannot get enough!I keep it on one side of the sofa during the day where she likes to sleep, and in the evening move it onto my bed and she climbs in immediately and now spends the entire night sleeping in it. She's normally not a fan of anything I buy for her so I'm shocked and pleased she likes it so much.I do notice that she gets hot in it sometimes, as she'll occasionally step out of the bed and lie down somewhere cool like the wood floor, so I don't always leave it plugged in during the day or make sure to unplug if the house is warm or the oven is on etc. At night the house is cool so I do leave it plugged in all night and she's fine. I definitely suggest especially if you have an older cat, and be patient as they may take some time to warm up so it especially if there's an odd smell to it initially. It didn't seem that warm to me initially but I believe it's the perfect temperature for a cat, particularly since she has even gotten too warm in it on some occasions.
