Nice but...
Ok for kids or real beginners. Grainy, not smooth. Good for someone who's not a serious artist.

GREAT PORTABLE PAINTS!
I love carrying this tin of paints in my bag along with a pad of postcard watercolor papers. The paints are the most wonderful colors and they mix well.Being a chef,I like to go to really great restaurants and once my food arrives and I want to always remember it because of color and presentation so I do a quick watercolor and sketch it in and finish later.AND the price is very right!

disappointed. Better off with dollar store brand
Bought many for my classroom. Not rich pigment as you would expect from a more expensive watercolor. disappointed. Better off with dollar store brand :(

Wasn't impressed
with this watercolor set. This set of watercolors is hard to get to take water to soften up and then the colors are very washed out. Not enough pigment I guess. Would be good for a children's set I guess.

Very nice
This is a very nice paint palette. The colors are as vibrant as pictured.

They're alright but not brilliant
These do dry quite sandy on the page. Thought these would be better than that but they're a similar kind of paint as the ones from cheaper high street stores - slightly better but not much. Nonetheless, they are in a neat tin and the paint tablets seem easier to use than the ones we've had from the high street. Nice brush though, which is a definite plus. My 5 year old was very happy to receive these for Christmas, but on reflection perhaps I would have paid a bit more and made a different choice. If you're a student it's worth saving a bit longer to invest in better paints (I've still got my paintbox from 20 years ago - you won't regret the investment).

Not very pigmented
You get 12 colours :yellow, red, orange, pink, dark blue, violet, blue, green, light green, brown, black, white and a number 2 brush in a metal box.The colours themselves are not very pigmented on paper , but they are really useful if you are trying to achieve a low saturated pigment.

Disappointing.
Very disappointing. Colours look vibrant but come out dull. Also the finish is somewhat granular as if the paint doesn't dissolve properly. The paints also fall out of the tin.

Lovely Pencil Sets :)
Super cute pencil tins. I bought 2 from Clark Craft Products; one arrived damaged (dented tin) and they replaced the complete item immediately, free of charge. Great product, and great service. Would recommend! x

Wonderful colours
For this price, I've got quite a bit of use out of these watercolours! They're able to paint on shells, for one thing, and are a good quality!
