Built-In 460, Zurich Series All Stainless Steel 4 Burner Unit, Infrared Rear Burner and Rotisserie Kit

I have problem with the grill handle it is bubbling on the chrome ends of the handle brackets.. how do I exercise the warranty? also seeing some spotty rust in some corners of the grill?.

Not the best by any means. Compared to a weber maybe. Compared to a Cal Flame not even close. Didn't get a chance to use it because rotisserie burner cover was missing. Mostly disappointed because my attempt to contact manufacturer after the sale merited no response. Before the sale the vendor answered my emails. I would not recommend this item.

Good solid stove for the money - the automatic starter doesn't always work- but it never does on any grill.

Showed up damaged, Infrared burner didn't work (still doesn't) and there was a dent in the back but over looked because the grill had good reviews.Been using it for few months now and the grill falls well below my expectations, feel that the burners don't distribute heat evenly so it takes longer to cook food and the grill doesn't heat up as fast as it should. Should have bought a major brand from a store close where I live. Feel that I am going to have to buy another grill in the near future to replace this one.

Love love this product. My wife bought it as a wedding anniversary gift and I was worried as I hadn't heard of Swiss grill as much as some other brands. How mistaken I was. This trumps all grills I have owned. Also , it comes with a rotisserie kit and rear burner . I have noticed people wondering about that. It's great looking, excellent to cook on and easy to use. I also bought a griddle plate which is great for breakfast in the yard. Would recommend this to anyone who likes a strong product without all the problematic features that will always go wrong on a grill. My wife now cooks outside too. I converted to natural gas on my own, very easy. There's a link on the manufacturers website. Definitely worth the money. They are growing quickly. I only hope big box stores don't pick up the brand and lower the quality because right now it's a gem.

First grill shipped with a broken handle, replacement grill shipped 2 days later looked like it had been through a war. Not much care goes into the packaging from swiss grill. Very disappointed!!! If you don't care about packing your product with a little care, I can't believe that the grill would be any better.

No regrets with this purchase here! I bought it just 6 months ago and wow am i satisfied. It still looks as new as the day I received it and I live by the beach! This grill has everything you need! The stainless steel grids are heavy duty and a breeze to clean. The rotisserie works like a charm with that infrared rear burner and makes your chicken taste like heaven. And when your man brings the boys over, the bottle opener is a favorite. The size fills your standard hole and the cooking space is not too small. We had it on propane for a while until we had the plumber ran natural gas to it. We did the easy conversion and it runs exactly the same. We did however accidentally loose a knob during the conversion. We called the manufacture and received a replacement within 2 days! Great customer service! The temperature will get over 600 in about five minutes if you need it to. I would recommend to anyone who needs a grill in their island.

Unlike a lot of the reviews that I read, this grill arrived in perfect condition, no dents, scratches or missing parts. The grill looks AWESOME and operates wonderfully! It is a terrific product for the cost compared to other grills I priced. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a quality grill at a low cost.
