I can't speak to the newer models since 2020. But I came back here to say that I purchased these in 2020, and these have been amazing even 4 years and many trips through the washer and dryer later. Still the same robust sound quality and comfort as when I first purchased.

I bought these on a recommendation from my brother. He mentioned that AKG makes the earbuds that used to come with Samsung phones. I tried his out before ordering them here, I liked the fit and sound quality. Worse, I ordered 2 because I wanted to keep one set at work and one set at home, so they wouldn't go missing while traveling.Both of these earbuds seem "frayed" at the jack, like a pair of old earbuds sometimes get, where you have to bend the cord in a certain angle to get the sound to continue. Then, after one day, one set completely stopped working, leaving me with one half-working pair. And they sound terrible. Bumping anywhere on the cord slightly cuts out the audio completely and takes a lot of fussing to get it back. I bought a 3.5mm to USB c adapter and ordered a new set of Philips wired earbuds which work and sound way better. The Philips earbuds also came in a nice cloth pouch that I can keep the adapter in so they don't get separated. If you're reading this review, would suggest doing the same.

I bought these expressly to use with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ and attend conference calls from home. The sound quality for these ear buds is more than acceptable for conference calls. I can also attest that watching videos on YouTube sound just fine with them, too. However, these ear buds don't always like to stay in my ears, and that can be a bit annoying. Furthermore, I wear industrial ear muffs over them to keep the noise from around me out as these buds do not cancel out enough noise to do the job by themselves and I don't want to turn the volume up to compensate and risk damaging my ears.If you're an audiophile or looking for noise cancelling earbuds that work with a USB C port, these are not for you. But if you just need something for the occasional conference call and don't have to worry about background noise too much, then these will work.I give this product 3/5 stars. It does the job, but nothing more.

This is a Must Buy. I would purchase them again. They are still working and I have had them for a while.

Love these earbuds that came with my phone, was dissapointed when i couldnt buy them directly from Samsung when the leftside went out. Was anxious about not having earbuds that worked properly as im flying later this week.
