Reynolds Cut-Rite Wax Paper, 75 Square Foot Roll

I have used this wax paper for years and although parchment paper is now easier to find, wax paper is irreplaceable.Pros: Great for all sorts of uses. For homemade Divinity candy dropped by the spoon, this wax paper will absolutely prevent sticking to paper, once cooled. Great to stack between layers of fudge, brownies and cookies. Will absolutely prevent sticking. Years ago, my Mom used to cut it into cake pan circles and grease it so that tender homemade cakes could be easily removed from the pan. Thick enough to be durable, the tear strip makes it easy to use.Cons: Not airtight like plastic wrap, though at one time, sandwiches were wrapped in it. Can be hard to find, sometimes listed as obsolete! Thankfully, found on Amazon at a great price!

It's wax paper. I added it to my order because the price was right.

Pretty standard item. We have all had wax paper from the store and this is no different. The quality is great and it does not stick where it shouldn't. One downfall, the side of the box opened up during shipment which makes using this as a pull out and tear challenging.

Works MUCH better than the deli precut papers when it comes to freezing foods for later use. It wraps well and is easily removed even when the food was quite wet at the start (egg dishes for example). It’s been my go-to for years. I’ll stay with it

Great value. I always use this product, but usually get it at my grocery store. They were out of it, so I purchased through Amazon. It arrived quickly.

This wax paper is great! I ordered two rolls, since I use it for a variety of different things. One roll stays in the kitchen for all the kitchen and food type stuff. The other roll goes in the shop to protect surfaces for things like gluing, painting, applying polyurethane, epoxy, and so forth. This paper is fairly thin and moisture gets through with some paints and glues, but that’s a simple fix. I just put a paper towel or napkin on the outer side to absorb any moisture while the product dries.The one star deduction is because both rolls came squished and distorted. You couldn’t tell by the outside of the box, but somehow the cylindrical tubes holding the wax paper inside the box were a mess. I tried to reform the tubes without much luck. This makes it a challenge to tear off even pieces of waxed paper. The paper itself however, is great!

Reynolds is one of the few wax papers that are microwave safe. I do not use it for long warm ups but, popping a 2 oz piece of butter from the refrigerator for 15-20 seconds soft enough to spread on my toasted rye bread - etel. It is perfect for separating portions of food for the refrigerator. When doing a little artwork on the kitchen counter, I lay some down to place my wet paint brushes on. I have tried other brands but Reynolds is the best! Size, durability, thickness and they make cleaning easy! Highly recommended!
