For Regular sizes, the inseam is 32" & Long is 35"

Q: Can a man wear these pants

It depends on the build of the man, but these are clearly marketed as women’s tactical pants. Meaning, they are shaped for a woman’s body, including being cut for wider hips. I would recommend men’s tactical pants for the guys.

Q: So these come in a slim fit? I tried on a couple pairs and they are so wide from the thigh down. They also run very small!

I returned mine for the exact reason you state. Too wide from the thigh down. They’re functional but not stylish.
