A very concise, no-nonsense book full of great information. Explains not only what foods and supplements are beneficial, but also why they are beneficial and the effect they have on the body. Also includes healthful and tasty recipes that are simple and quick to make...you don't have to know your way around a kitchen to make healthy foods!There's also a great section that explains how daily and long term stress can affect your metabolism and ways to combat that...as well as a section explaining that rest and sleep, as well as exercise, is necessary to keep you at your best. All-in-all a good book packed with information to help you look and feel your best.

Good tips for six pack abs
There is a great book for those who are looking to make six packs. This guide contains useful information on six pack diet and tips on how to get six packs. The best thing about this book is that everything is explained so simple and straightforward. It also includes lunch, breakfast and dinner recipes and supplements that you need to include inn your six pack abs diet. I am following this diet plan from 1 week, and I am really amazed with the results.

Very quick and helpful read. And even this bachelor in his twenties can make these recipes!! Now if only I had the self control to stay away from those six-pack-robbing sweets...

I had so much fun reading this book
I had so much fun reading this book. In the past, I always eat too much food. I followed the recommendation given and used food journal, I now eat precisely what is enough. I am so much glad I followed the book, life changer!
