Very good and fast cutting

Been a meat cutter for 10 years. I've always used victorinox but this time I decided to switch it up. Nice knife but it came slightly bent because of the way it was packaged. Kind of upsetting.Grip feels nice, came very sharp and looks to be a great knife. But the fact that it's slightly bent will drive me insane.
