I will not buy this product again. My daughter used it the day after it arrived & it immediately broke. On day 3 she used the second one & it to broke.I sent the first one back & got a refund. Have yet to send back the second one. Very poor quality.

It came broken. Cheap plastic material. No instructions, placed in a packing envelop. Wasn't well protected. Didn't look sturdy at all.

The first time I try to use this it snaps completely in half a waste of money!

I ordered 4 . And two came broken. Other two seem a little fragile . Let see how they do with heat.

This item was broken the same day I received it.

Broke after 2 uses

Broke apart while opening the two sections.. Would be a great tool if it did not break upon opening.

so nobody wouldn't buy it..... it was broken when I opened up the package......... I can't believe it... never buying again
