Excellent Digital QUILITY .
I like it very much . As media expert I tried first time with my camera , DSLR, mobile fone and found suitable for professional shootings of my news channel gal punjab di tv . After trial I have ordered two more mic and I got after 4 days . Excelente Digital quality . Even suitable for 3 to 4 person interview at a time only with one mike . 100% recommended . Updating review as found out that constant hiss noise is due to connected charger
may be because of long wire, having noise, worse than low end earphone mics. With Mac needs splitter for microphone jack and switch "ON" mode for working. With smart phone or mac default port works in "OFF" mode.* Just to note while getting best out of microphone, keeping it closer to source is more important than buying high quality one.

Problems with renewed items
Actually there was a problem with the mic cable near the capsule end. It was working intermittently and if the cable end near mic is wiggled, it produces hell of a noise in the recording. I guess the renewed products dont undergo any sort of testing, but the deal was really good. The product was available as low as 400 whereas new one is around 850.I have given one star not to the product but to the ppl actually doing the renewing. The product is otherwise good and infact it is better than boya in some regards,

Working with smartphones only. Not working in other devices
I thing, there is manufacturing defect. Initially, battery was inserted in reverse position when I received it. It's working properly in smartphone (in OFF/Smartphone condition), but it's not working in laptop, DSLR etc. (in ON/Others condition). I tried to inserted battery as per symbol (+ sign) marked on mic, but battery is not touching properly to metalic plate (+ve). There is little gap between battery's positive terminal and metalic plate. I think, metalic plate with spring should be at + sign, instead of normal plate, and normal metalic plate should be there on other side (-ve) instead of metalic plate with spring.

The only reason behind renewing this product is defect in packing mic is absolutely new & even didn't touched by anyone & get this mic at a very low price.This mic can Challenge Boya M1 which so don't go anywhere purchase it.
