I purchased these rods with the intention of using them for my windows that have ACs installed in them. Since having an AC in them leaves you vulnerable to someone (if they wanted to, which is probably unlikely for us but we do live in a complex and you can never be too safe) opening the window since it can't be locked during that time. I do wish they were more heavy duty, and the rods were thicker but I was aware of the size and measurements prior to buying. They're exactly as described, the price was nice and they serve their purpose. I can't attest to how much they'd hold weight wise since they're only being used for a window. The quality does seem good for the price, and it was nice you get 6 of them, since we have 3 ACs installed right now.

My new apartment has a small 'pantry.' I thought these would add extra stacking space - which they do - but after a few weeks they start slipping and I have to re-set them. I'm looking for another solution.

nothing special rubber ends don't really hold that well , they are too slippery .for the price all goodenjoy!

We received 6 of them but only needed two but maybe will need them in our next house. Easy to fit your window and are sturdy.

Very disappointed they do not hold up anything

I am using them as dividers in a cart drawer for my paint containers. Doing a great job.
