Piper Classics Market Place Blue Ticking Stripe Quilted Euro Sham

I have looked far and wide for 3 years for some nice, well made Euro shams to cover some eyelash Euro pillows I purchased from Pier 1 years ago that I love but didn’t match my decor anymore and were also looking a bit raggedy from many washings and daily use. Our home is nautical (lake) style and it’s so hard to find decor that fits the vibe without screaming lake decor or looking kitschy. These Piper Classics Blue Ticking Euro Shams fit the look and are perfect!!! They are soft, beautiful and extremely well made. My pillows went in easy and I love the wooden buttons that close up back. The overlap is nice and deep so there are no gaps showing the pillow inside. I am so pleased with this purchase! I am now contemplating the entire bed set for our guest bedroom!

The details are what makes this pillow sham great quality. An extra wooden button is sewn onto the inside label! Buttons on both sides are a nice touch. And I couldn't tell from the Amazon photo, but there is nice quilting detail across the top side of the pillow. The weave is almost linen like, even though it's 100% cotton. I haven't washed them yet, but they will probably be even softer after washing.

I have searched for YEARS for something exactly like this. Fantastic weight, wonderful texture (like homespun, maybe a bit softer), and rich color. I highly recommend this entire set, either the quilt or duvet. Order euro pillow insets that are 2” larger than the pillowcase (28”) so it fills them out well. Inserts that are the same size make the pillowcase schlump. I’m purchasing this in grey for myself on the seller’s (Piper Classics) website.

I'm very happy with my new Piper bedding.I knew it was the best quality the moment i felt the weight of it from the washing machine.Wash on a light cycle low spin and it washes well with no tears from high speed rinses.Bought the whole set bed skirt pillows curtains.This set will last a long time.

Just what I wanted at a very reasonable price. I had been looking for these pillow covers for some time, checking out prices, colors etc and when these came up I knew. Ordered just one but was so pleased I ordered three more. The do have buttons on the back side but I put that side facing away. The buttons are like a vintage Pottery Barn look from years ago. Very very pleased and glad I found them.

This sham looks to be well made and is very pretty. However, I assumed this would come as a two pack and unfortunately that isn’t the case.
